He didn’t have a lot of run ins with the media, but always spoke in a condescending manner to them and the fanbase as if to say I’m a lot smarter than everyone in this state listening to me. I don’t think television would hire him because he has the reputation of being a bit prickly and hard to get along with. People have a reputation for a reason and BK definitely checks a lot of the narratives surrounding himself.

Well, that loss to A&M was embarrassing even for him, the way the season turned out really cratered his reputation. Then the dirt starts coming out about the lazy recruiting and blowing off players. People looked at his four years and said you're the problem, not LSU.

When you rob someone, you really don't want to draw attention to yourself. Just blend into the scenery and spend your millions. It was a clean heist. You can't blame him for not being in the limelight. I would do the same. Point me to the beach and the lobster buffet. I'm good.
