Stadium not even on campus puts it at a zero. The tailgating scene sucks arse just in parking lots

lots of REALLY bad takes here.

I am fortunate in that I had access to the Cockaboose amenities and some well heeled friends providing 45 yd line tix about 15 rows up.

my thoughts here:

I thought their in game atmosphere was lit..yeah they do more piped in music than the band but to each their own.

But the concourse sucked! Bathroom, beer and food lines a mile long. Cant buy beer at the same concessions you buy food at. Food sucked and ran out of a lot of things in the 2nd quarter.
The concourse was also just small. Needed to be 50ft wider

This is an understatement. LOL. I saw a lot of fine women around town and on campus.

It's very nice. Four of us sat comfortably in our seats as they were rather wide (looked to be about 18") with stadium-wide back rests
nothing like our experience. It was arse tight on the bleachers. Stadium is a dump but they have a good atmosphere

I was there and all seats had back rests in the sections I visited. Truly nice people in South Carolina and they love their Cocks!

I was squeezed in to my seat by the people next to me on my left, and seat cushions on the right. By the time we were down 17-0, the people who were supposed to sit on the cushions never showed up, so I figured "Why not?" I sat in the unoccupied seat cushion, and if they showed up, I could always just go back to my original seat right next to it.

Then we started coming back, and by halftime, I had it as my lucky charm, but I didn't want to tell anyone: 1: In case it didn't work, and 2: Everyone around me were USCe fans, and would have tried to stop me if I had told them. Even when I was standing on my feet to see what was happening, I tried to at least touch a leg to the seat cushion. And the people never showed up, and we won.

I was there with another friend of mine, A elderly guy didn't want to sit in the rain if the it came during the game so He sold me his and wife's tickets. Awesome seats. 30 yard line Row 16 from the field. The fans around us were super nice and we had a great time.

The girls were hot as hell too! LOL, Place was not as bad as some fans are trying to proclaim. I had no problem getting beer, water, bathroom ,etc. .

Some guys just wanna complain about everything.

Their fans were loud the entire game. They acted like it was there Superbowl game.

The bars downtown were fun too. Had a blast on Friday night at the TIN ROOF!

Before the game, it wasn't too bad, Bama last year was a lot worse. Mostly playful banter pregame.

I had to be careful after the game though. While trying to leave, one USCe fan (probably drunk) had a bone to pick with someone, and since I was the only LSU fan nearby, he targeted me, but I backed off immediately. I felt that tension the entire time while leaving, and tried to defuse it by not engaging at all.

II wasn’t impressed with the stadium. First of all, horrible trash piped in music REALLY LOUD that the fans waved their towels too. Take the music out and it’s not loud. Their band didn’t play at all.
So, just like the current version of Tiger Stadium.

All this PIM crap needs to be banned at every school that has a Band. That means just about everywhere. It's not needed or wanted!

It's a very bland NFL-lite stadium like the Citrus Bowl in Orlando. No character and very unappealing.

But, all the complaints you hear about piped in music at Tiger Stadium apply at least equally to Williams-Brice Stadium, they drowned out both bands with non-Sandstorm music.

Well said. Their atmosphere was majority piped-in noise from the speakers. I also felt like their crowd did little to try and will the team to victory. It was purely “wait and see”

I thought it was a great trip and a great atmosphere honestly. I brought my 9 year old so we didn’t do the nightlife. It was literally in and out for the game.

My only complaints were:
1) the piped in music being way way way too loud. Killed me with a headache. I’m 51, but even at 25 it would have been too much. Can’t imagine being someone sitting closer to the top of the upper deck closer to the speakers. If I go back I’d bring ear plugs too which is absolutely ludicrous to think.

2) just like most stadiums these days, concessions were crap. Got something when we sat down and that was it

3) fans were mostly cool. They got way chippy with the “missed calls” but overall it was a great experience.

4) the flow of fans crossing streets before the game was crazy. Think north and south stadium drives being completely open to traffic an hour before games. In talking to someone the streets right by the stadium are major thoroughfares from the interstate. Hard to close off

5) my son got a picture with George Rogers before the game. Super cool experience.

I live in Charleston and have been to several football, basketball, softball, and baseball games when LSU comes to town. Over all the traffic issues are not any better than Tiger Stadium and Baton Rouge. Women are nice like most SEC campuses. The football fans are not as bad as their basketball fans and baseball fans. I guess that is because they are so used to losing in football and have lower expectations. The stadium is ok and the atmosphere with sandstorm is pretty cool but it gets old quick. Glad we won and loved how quite it was walking down the ramp other than a few loud LSU chants. I do have to say my daughter( no pics) graduated from Clemson and that game Sat was louder than SC and Clemson games.

I was sitting in section 505 but there were several LSU and several SC fans around me, and I had a blast with all. Probably one of my best away game crowds to date....all were cool, even at the Hotel....and incidentally the game day crew was at the Hotel Friday night. Actually, they had been there a couple days Pat had a big white Bus out front of the Hotel. I never saw Saban or Corso, but did see and speak to Desmond.

Now as for concessions, I cannot believe how slow they were. It was literally almost an hour wait. On another note, did get to witness 2 Women fighting over cutting in line. It was more than a hair pulling contest. Big black woman from SC and a big white woman from LSU. Plenty of Haymakers......let's just say the LSU woman did not come out on top. LOL

Their band didn’t play at all. They’ve got some obnoxious rooster crowing noise. Stadium announcer: AND THATS ANOTHER SOUTH CAROLINA…first down. If you think our concessions are slow and crappy…go there. It’ll make you appreciate ours. Same with bathroom lines.
Lastly…traffic was no better after the game than ours.
Sometimes you have to go see how others live to appreciate what you have.

100% truth on all of that. They even piped in the stadium chant "GAME ..... COCKS!" They didn't even attempt to give the bands any time to play. I missed the whole 2nd quarter waiting in line for a beer. Our parking lot didn't move for 2hrs after the game ended. Good thing we still had a few drinks left at the truck. We just sat on the tailgate and blared some Nola Bounce till things got rolling. Was a shite show other than an LSU win.

The music was the worst. Every cliche' yankee stadium anthem is all they blared: 7 Nation Army, Sandstorm, Mr. Brightside.
