Word is he doesn't spend much time in his office like last season and is caught up in a new relationship. I know it's to be expected now that he is a single man but i would have thought he would still focus more on football then what appears to have been.

Unfortunately this is the norm with this fanbase. I remember getting in an 'altercation' with some idiots that were yelling for Saban's head during the Ole' Miss game in 2004. It's always the same fire the coach and put in the back up QB. It hasn't changed and never will unless it get's worse.

Lol. He has been head coach since late 2016. What about last year's recruiting class? And the one before that? Acting like this coming one is some magical cure all is ludicrous. Part of the offensive line issues is whiffing on recruits by the way.

Any reasonable person could have been ok with a bit of a down year compared to normal. Losing to Miss St AND Missouri isn't that.

Hold up jerk_off!

Shitty players....

You are truly, as is painfully obvious from a ton of your other posts, a blithering idiot!

Deal with it!

Yes... we clearly have less talent than does Miss State and Missouri. That is undeniable.

Can all please stop pretending it was logical to think we'd lose shootouts to State and Mizzou? There is noting logical about it, and no one expected it.

3-0 right now is not asking for anything other than not being inept. He failed miserably to this point.

If this is true then there is a significant problem.

MichiganTiger I'm with you we lost alot and I would rather it be a down year this year when everything is all sorts of wild... Next year we have to show a return to form and the Jr's this have shown they ate not ready to jump to the NFL

the 2 losses were winnable games; easily. They were out-coached against mediocre teams.

O is lining up an incredible class that will breath new and improved life into this young, thin team. He knows what we need, and is getting us set up for a better year next year, and a great year to follow.

Bottom line, if you're a young, talented player that dreams of the NFL, the success of our Juniors and the prospect of building us back up is hugely appealing

Well, someone is optimistic.... I'm not.

Well let’s see how this class finishes. If we have a losing season and the recruiting class tanks. I would start to get a little concerned Lol. But you’re right, if we finish strong in recruiting this cycle I think we will be fine in the long run with O.

agree, but if he gets Tristan, Maasson and Foreman then the future looks very bright... i dont mind a flop season because it can have many benefits the following year if the class stays intact

1 Guys come back hungry
2 you return many guys with experience
3 they are humbled
4 you can replenish
5 they will get bigger and stronger because they know they have to get to where they wanna go
6 another year in the system they are learning

growing pains happen, this is a season (Covid) that i can live with it happening... no one cares who wins the title this year... its a get through year...

I suggest that you listen to Punter Von Rosenberg on YouTube.
Its interesting and informative. He is very good at articulating the problems on this team and the confidence in the future.

If they exist, it's just as ridiculous as saying don't criticize him for the losses.

Hey, the criticism is warranted. Doesn't mean he should be fired... but he should take the heat. It's his show.

We know he can do better, just look at last year.

So the message is, just like for a player who isn't getting it done who has the ability to get it done:

DO BETTER.

If he doesn't get criticized now what happens if he gets complacent later and we're stuck at 9 or 10 wins a year.

Bring the heat. Bring the heat so we he can cook something up later.
