I won’t. I’ve always said if you gotta cheat to keep up, then do it. If you get popped like OM then those are the consequences. At this point the only thing stopping us from a potential final four run is our own administration.

Everyone is doing it he said but this is “felony” level cheating not the typical misdemeanor stuff.
This part right here would have made me spit out my coffee, if I drank the stuff.
Maybe there is more out there, maybe there isn't. The fact, right now, is that these "coaches", whoever they might be, know exactly as many details about Will Wade as we do. And what we know right now, if we assume he's talking about money (which I do NOT assume), is FAR less than what some coaches have done to secure recruits.
And yet, they say that what Will (maybe) has done is a "felony" and other guys are just doing "misdemeanor stuff". What kind of misdemeanor stuff? Giving them candy, and a ride to Game Stop?
HOW can any self-respecting journalist, or anyone, take these kinds of statements seriously from these unnamed coaches? Could it be any more obvious that they are just taking the opportunity to point the finger while the spotlight is on someone other than themselves?

None of them are self respecting.
LSY baskwtball doesn't give them ratings to watch their God damn horrible takes every week.
Don't disrupt the UNC, DUKE, KENTUCKY, KANSAS narratives. You think UCLA got Ball for free? Hell mo.
Wade has done something so fast and quick that it disrupts thr flow of everything. Had to be cheating. Forde couldn't wait any longer and unleashed the hit. Think over 400 hours of wiretap there isn't more? How much will get buried? Wonder why Dawkins and company only called Miller and Wade? Small fries and when they serve their short time in prison they will be out at it again, but smarter than last time and more clever.
Why? They know the NCAA is going to do nothing to counter the current reality of "amateur sports" the reason this exists in the first place--refusal to curb the money aspect of the sport and millions made off of talented players; they won't and can't pay players as it will lost amateur status.
The beat will go on and back to business with the big dogs. That is where the bread and butter is at and why Wade will be sacrificed. Be angry and be pissed off. You have a right. Alleva is a coward and part of the problem. He has zero interest in helping to stop the status quo. He is looking out for himself and King. frick em.

Lebatard says every coach he’s spoken to was “not surprised by this” and said Will has this “reputation” among coaches and is not well-liked.

Not season ticket holders as myself sitting directly behind him all season. We could care a less how he gets the players. As long as he gets them. So who ever flies scrip snd changes opinion even if get dirtier is a c u c k Piece of s h I t

MissLouTiger is correct Schick made the comment about the reputation among other coaches. They all seemed to think Alleva has no choice but to act. One said, I think Schick again...acknowledged that part of the anger being directed at Joe comes from a series of screw ups. They all seemed perplexed by the whole atmosphere yesterday.

Totally agree. I don’t understand what wade does on the recruiting trail that makes everyone hate him more than the other cheaters
He is young, brash, and looks like he will be around for the next 40 years.

My thing is he still has to coach the talent! What wade did last year was truly amazing. Also, we got all this talent and no one gave us a chance to compete with kentucky and Tennessee. The media was drooling and still is for us to lose and give kentucky a no. 1 seed.

I wouldn't doubt it if LSU is being targeted.

It’s not Le Batard saying that. See my earlier post.
Duly noted but it really doesn't matter, whoever it was my point is the same. But hey, DL gets enough criticism, often justified, so I'll retract.

People do believe Wade is some type of martyr and LSU is being singled out. That's understandable. They have a "here and now" mentality along with ZERO interest to read/research exactly what's going on. Once the dominoes start to fall, folks will lighten up. I personally believe Arizona, KU, and the rest of the bunch will have their day. We just have to wait until the NCAA is able to do their investigation.
I've also read about Wade's reputation with other coaches. Makes me wonder what implications may result because of that relationship. Still have a trial to testify in, and a NCAA investigation is sure to come.
I'm hoping he doesn't hold back.. lol The defense attorneys sure aren't.
