everyone hit yesterday, including the guy who replaced Coomes in the starting lineup today. Coomes lost his spot today because he made two errors in the same inning.

It’s not Webre’a fault at second but when people barely get to play a position they don’t think to check the runner. I think he could have gotten him at home.

I also hate that we pull pitchers who are dealing because everyone gets an inning. Meanwhile we waste our former Sunday starter with like an 8 run lead yesterday.
Tennessee ramped up for this game and we have a gameplan like it’s game 3 with Grambling.

That's not what happened. We pulled a pitcher who has not thrown more than 30 pitches all season. PM is not going to risk inuring a freshman who has never been asked to go that long in a game. Fontenot started because our bullpen wasn't needed the first 2 games. If they weren't all available, he wouldn;t have started.

Tennessee beat the #1 team in the country last Sunday with this same kid pitching a complete game. LSU isn't losing because they don't care.
