I’d take 3 years of saban, building us into a monster and consistent winner then he hand picks his successor and becomes AD. I’d be perfectly fine with that even if he doesn’t win a NC

So he had talked to 5 people and 2 of them were positive that Lane Kiffin would be the coach of LSU next year.

Nick Saban - with a net worth of $300-$500m - is not coming to work 60-80 hours a week for a measly $2mil a year as AD and oversee softball and gymnastics and volleyball.
If Nick Saban is coming out of retirement, which he probably is not, it certainly won’t be as an AD anywhere.

I gave you two example in the past 5 days in which he has definitively said something, only to say something completely different days or even hours later. So he is either lying to you or his “sources” are consistently giving him bad info.

Saban will always be the GOAT in my book. Hope he wins LSU 5 straight championships.
If he goes to LSU it's because he wants to coach again, and nobody has been better at changing with the times than Coach Saban.
LSU would be lucky to get him for a few years.
I remember very well us Alabama fans thought anything over 3-4 years would be gravy. And it was.

I'm saying that it could be a reason he said there was no plan to fire him at that time.
Also, I haven't seen an outlet report that Kelly wanted to fire Baker instead of Sloan, despite that being the case.

My guess is that he brings a lot of stuff from pay sites but may have some small connection because none of the stuff he said about Saban is on pay sites right now
