If Vandy wants to tolerate him, that’s their business. However, at an away game or neutral site, he should be booted from the ballpark.

To do something as lame as whistle or some type of constant noise for hours on end is something only a Psychotic person does and he probably needs to be watched for others safety.

LSU had a whistler that made bird sounds throughout the ‘90s and ‘00s and it was considered part of the character of the old box. This guy is part of Vandy’s stadium’s character.

Sat close to him at a non-LSU baseball tourney game one year. The opposing fans got so irate(he was in the shade in the middle of non-Vandy fans) that someone brought a marshal in and asked to check his ticket. The biggest cheer of the day was when the marshal ushered him out of that section and over to his ticketed seat in the Vandy section.
BTW, many Vandy fans hate both of the whistlers and their that their notoriety reflects poorly on Vandy.
