Your awesome coach Tim Corbin is the biggest UNDERACHEAVER in all of college baseball. Have you seen the absolute stud teams that he has failed to win with? Your argument of Vandy having poor resources is laughable and you can throw the whole fan attendance argument straight out of the window. Vandy can throw $$$ at recruits that we simply can't.

Corbin started at Vandy in 2003. He has 2 CWS titles, 4 CWS appearances, 4 SEC titles and 2 SEC tourney titles.

Mainieri started at LSU in 2007. He has 1 CWS title, 5 CWS appearances, 4 SEC titles and 6 SEC tourney titles. (plus he had a CWS appearance at Notre Dame)

How ironic coming from the guy talking about the lack of resources at Vanderbilt.

A HC is only as good as the staff he surrounds himself with. One man can’t do it all. That is the the problem at LSU right now. But that also falls on the HC. Let’s see if changes are made.

Yep, I'm not seeing the huge disparity that "Dudebro2" sees.

So how does that explain the fact that Florida, South Carolina, Oregon State, Stoney Brook, Coastal Carolina, Virginia, UCLA, and Arizona all have a title more recently than LSU?

LSU’s ability to offset the cost of attendance with TOPS is an big advantage over every other program, LSU isn’t just falling behind Vanderbilt. They’re falling behind the likes of Arkansas, State, and Florida.

When did Stoney Brook win their title?

We have used the Tops program for years so the academic scholarships at Vandy is a wash

I think Coach Mainieri did a very good job this year. Hardly any healthy starting pitchers to count on and still went on to host a super regional. That's a good season unless you are a chronic complainer.

Vanderbilt’s advantage is not through academic scholarships and therefore not a wash.

Read about opportunity Vanderbilt.

Yes it's a thing, but our fans are bitching about a very small amount of people that actually qualify for the grants.

So while a baseball player can get a full ride and not be a counter, NCAA allows this, it's not like their whole team does this and they have twice the number of players. It's something sec fans like to bitch about be ause Corbin is actually a good coach and that's what your rival fans do. Make excuses on why shite isn't fair.

know this. What is your point? Vanderbilt has gotten more top end talent than LSU. Do you want to go over the draft results over the last decade plus, or are we just going to argue about recruiting magazine rankings?

If you know this, you arent making any sense. The benefit of the scholarship situation is to get the best players which is reflected in the recruiting rankings. Draft results isnt a good barometer of recruiting success because the coaching isnt equal in both situations. One coach can be better and developing talent than another or are you saying coaching doesnt matter?

Just so you know, excuses are like assholes, everyone has one and what usually comes out stinks!!! Just like that one

You are a special kind of stupid. This is actual facts, not excuses. Go back to your mom's basement, mole.

Corbin has played for three, CPM two and we were beyond lucky to play for the second. Corbin is head and shoulders above CPM where it counts.

So if the Tigers won it all next year, will CPM be the reason Tim Corbin is only average?

Vandy. A huge recruiting advantage over LSU. In BASEBALL.

Think about what you just posted. For any reason, this isn’t good.
