Not to mention the West Virginia game. LSU wasn't down much last year. Guy was flat out clutch.
We GREATLY miss him when trying to down the ball inside the 20 on punts. He was always right there

Yes and so is Faulk but Miles has rules that everybody must follow. Just hope the Badger conquers his personal battles and gets back in a TIger uniform next year.

whoa, you just lost me…. no way you are comparing the one game of great returns by OBJ vs. N. Texas to what Mathieu CONSISTENTLY did vs. much, much better competition/faster special teams….
tell you what is REALLY missed… his dynamic ability to change the tide of the game with a turnover, and/or his ability to turn the field over for us with a turnover or punt return…. our offense would be in better positions to come away with points if we didn't have to start so far deep in our neck of the woods for a majority of each game…. that's where he's truly missed….
he'll be back…. not this season, but there's not a doubt in my mind that there is a verbal agreement in place to allow him back if he holds up his end of the bargain….
