Imagine you worked your entire life for the few pinnacle years of your career.
You are set, you are trained, you have done your hard work.
Now, with all these decades of work, it all comes down to this guy making it happen for you....
Let's be honest. He wasn't the best receiver on his college team. He has risen in value since he has been in the NFL ten fold to what he was considered in college. Who through "the catch" to him? Who has thrown the ball to him through this period of exceptional development for Odell? Yea, poor OBJ. He has been stuck with Eli since LSU....

I have no reason to insinuate anything. I don't know the guy personally. I'm sure worse has been said about him in this very thread. If I thought he was on drugs, I would say so.
It seems like you just saw the word "Junkie" and reacted without reading the rest of the sentence.
As for his mental health, yeah, I think he needs to talk to somebody. Nothing about his behavior screams "well-adjusted" to me. I'm not saying he's a lunatic or beyond help or anything - quite the opposite, actually.
No moral high ground here. We could all use some therapy.

What in the shite does that help Odell Beckham with?
just saying the guy that you are considering a bum has accomplished a few things, so far the only thing OBJ has accomplished is a fat contract

No he's not. Stf. He's the only the reason we get top notch wide receiver recruits.

Eli is a bum. History doesn’t change the present

What I saw last night were not the actions of a competitor, but instead the foolishness of a selfish person. His head-butting the fan outburst happened right after their other best player had scored a TD, getting NY back into the game.
Odell appeared to be upset that he was not the player in the spotlight. He certainly was not celebrating the best thing that had occurred for his team last night.
Agree.
$95,000,000...tough life

The team sucks. He’s on a bad team but it’s not the qb. Eli won Two Super Bowls and was mvp. Obj needs to grow up. Not everyone can be on a winning team. Be a pro. Grow up. Act like a man not a child

I support OBJ, but I think Barkley is just as good or better than Odell.

he certainly has been an embarrassment.....for my fantasy team

It’s not his fault he’s gay

Odell makes more money from endorsements than he does from football so it really isn't about the money for him.
He is an emotional player an anything he does the media blows it up because he is Odell Beckham Jr.. Playing in NYC.
Tom Brady throws piss fits all the time. He doesn't do some of the silly shite OBJ does, but when they are not winning or things don't go exactly how they should, he is known to throw shite, bitch out other players, etc.
It has to be frustrating to know you can make plays, but you have an average QB who has no one protecting him. Their most experienced O lineman is an undrafted 2nd year guy who has 10 or 11 starts.. That's what is protecting a QB that isn't very mobil. I'd bitch to because I would want to win and considering how weak their division is, if they could do anything to improve their O line they can be a much better team.

Wrong. Not that it matters. No one gets to play forever. You are still right about everything else but Just because Eli won Super Bowls doesn’t mean he isn’t awful now. That was 7 years ago. Sport is a meritocracy

He is privelged to work in the NFL.
It's not a privilege. It's earned through physical hard work to get there and to stay there for any significant amount of time. Many didn't make it or couldn't stay there because they didn't have the talent or couldn't put that talent to the proper use. The NFL (for players) is not some country club that you can just join if you have enough money. Being a member of country club comes with privileges. Becoming the owner of an NFL team is a privilege (The requirements are to have enough money to purchase a team, pass a background check, and know the right people to get approved for ownership).

Is Brady a prima donna also? I agree that OBJ has some maturing to do, but the slackjaw opines here are ridiculous and simplistic. Just shut up and take your money. But be a leader, but not that type of leader. Coming from a bunch of keyboard jockeys with no accomplishments.
This isn't LSU related either, I just call it like I see it. What got me going really in this thread was someone saying the disassociate LSU connection with OBJ and Chris Jackson... leaving out Cecil Collins as an example, a true criminal that served time in prison. Why OBJ and CJ?
Then the numbnut fake newsing that beckham could have just taken his shite to another team instead of agreeing to an extension, which is a fricking ridiculous contention.
Btw,

Fake news, he went into the locker room 2 seconds early to get an IV and was a bit late waiting for the trainers to let him onto the field.

I agree with you, every time I see him now I cringe a little.
