Lange should be good to go if we resume tonight or tomorrow - he basically threw a bullpen.

I remember my first baseball game.

You guys do realize this means Shore can't pitch anymore too right? Winning the rest of this game just got easier. If it were me I would go Poche tomorrow and them Smith game 1 Saturday then best available game 2.

UF has a much better bullpen. That's why we have to stretch our starter when they really don't.

I'm not a pitching coach and I don't claim to have any authority on this matter, but we've had pitchers in the past like Coleman that have been able to pitch on Friday and come back and pitch a few on Sunday. Not saying we should, but it's possible if needed Lange could pitch a few innings Saturday. I wouldnt put it completely out of the question that either of the starters don't come back. I'd doubt it if either do, but it's possible.

If we had UFs bullpen I would not be advocating letting Lange resume the game.

Looks like that's the plan. That last game is going to be very interesting, from a pitching perspective.

Pressure on Poche just ramped up a little more. If he's going to get it going again, now's the time.

Bad break that parts of Baton Rouge were UNTOUCHED by the early pop up storm. Meanwhile Alex Box got hammered.

Coleman wasn't a power pitcher like Lange. Alan Dunn cut that out when he showed up on campus also. Lange healthy in the post season > that one win against Florida.

Coleman was a reliever that was starting. Very different guy than Lange.

Mestepay had basically no shot at making a living playing baseball so we used him up.
