Is it ok to walk around with a drink in hand? A good friend & family is going: what time would be considered a good time to get to the tailgaters?

I'm not really sure you thought this all the way through? It's a nice gesture, but do you realize what you've done? How are you going to keep all of the beer you need for this crew cold? Your 'gate is about to become LSU central...that is, until you run out of booze and food.

You can walk around with alcohol pretty much anywhere on the golf course. Parking opens 6 hours before kickoff. So 11:30.
