Probably won’t get #1. we have to take 2 specialty players which will drive down the star #s even though the 2 players are highly regarded in their respective positions.

There are pumpers, and there are haters. In the middle is a lot of us separating recruiting and coaching. O is making up some ground on recruiting on some early whiffs, so things seem to be turning around a bit on the recruiting front. This is how we get talent on the field. The next step is coaching that talent. Troy, MSU, Florida, Notre Dame,(potentially throw Syracuse in there as it was a very ugly win), LSU had more talent on the field last year than any of those teams. We simply got out coached.
I'm glad we're adding talent. We'll see what they do with it. I'm not cautiously optimistic because I can't be optimistic based on what I saw last year. I truly hope I'm wrong.

Honestly its to early to tell where anyone's class will end up. Decommitments effect every team and the evaluation process is on going, which means players will be moving up and moving down. I truly believe no less than three of our 3 star players will be elevated to 4 star status prior to signing day

Zero chance we get number one. This is what gets everyone riled up and disapointed in the end
With that said I believe we end up #3 and that’s great considering we have a kicker and long snapper and TE with 3 catches

GA may still end up #1. They have 3 5 star players and only 10 commits at this point. Once they start to fill the class they will fly up the rankings.

Yeah, if we get 2 or 3 big recruits in the next couple of weeks, we could be sitting at #1 (which is completely pointless).
Then we'll be like 10 commits ahead of teams like Georgia and over the next 6 months, we'll slowly creep down the rankings to like 12ish.
But you people know everything, so you're aware of this.

It’s gotten worse than that. It’s ruined this board. Any bit of News is spun mercilessly one way or the other in the same thread and every thread turns into cat fights and name calling.

So Aranda was out coached?
Or was it Canada?
Where were the mistakes made in these departments?
Or was it just simply Os fault for not managing his team the way an Elite coach does? Did we have some rotation that wasn't played that I didn't know about?
If you go look at the tape, we were routinely out manned on the LOS, had injuries to our RB and we were very raw at WR except for one or two players.
We also had problems with ST and scoring in the RZ which isn't new.
