Everybody just stop and think...the bottom line is money...do you really think that they will let all the money from the BCS title game go to one conference?..when it normally goes to two?..Deciding factor?...

If any of you listened to Saban, other than the UT mistake, he was speaking somewhat wistfully about 2003 and winning the SECCG w/ LSU.
He did not say ONE WORD about winning the SECCG in 2009 w/ Bama.

ESPN is shameless for pimping the rematch the way they are. I hope to all that is holy that OSU jumps their asses. The ESPN and Gump melt down will be epic.

I can't believe nobody has brought up the fact that he didn't admit to losing to LSU. He said that the score was 6-6 at the end of regulation...

Hard to throw stones for that one, unfortunately. Remember Miles' "undefeated in regulation" statements in 07. I know most of us thought they were ridiculous, too, but he still said it.
The coach is the figurehead of the program, so even if it is the AD and boosters putting on the pressure and making up the arguments, it is up to the coach to go out there and face the microphones.

I wonder why ESPN GameDay is even at the Georgia Dome? I'm sure it has nothing to do with seeing Nick Saban 2-3 times per hour to promote Bama.
