Lefties ,this team has problems against them.As the season goes on Jay will help them come around.

Sacramento St has thrown one all weekend and none yesterday. I think their lefty threw to a batter or two Friday

Take all these bull pen Arms that aren’t getting it done in games and use them for batting practice. Hitter need to see junk stuff in practice cause they sure seem to struggle with it live.

This has been an LSU thing for a long while now btw. Nothing new. Nothing to freak out about.

They had a lefty who threw like 3 innings yesterday.

Correction: he threw 2.2

Arkansas lost today as well. Once again LSU fans love to pick out their warts in a vacuum without realizing that damn near everyone has shown plenty of warts as well. Minus Texas they look damn good, but we’ll see.

A failure to swing a stick and make contact with a ball being thrown at 90-100 mph, then switched sometimes to 75-80 to confuse the batter. It's hard to do.

This is mental, DBU run ruled USL in 7 innings 12-1 today. The guy that shut LSU down I think his name Sawyer for USL, DBU absolutely shelled that kid today.

making good contact with the ball and getting it to land in fair territory

been a problem since day one.

USL also won that series, on the road. They are legit.. whether the freshman Sawyer got rocked or not. Those were the first runs he's given up all year.

Would like to see him in purple and gold next season toeing the rubber for the good guys.

Has absolutely nothing to do with the point I was making.
