I’ve always wanted to see this matchup. Was really hoping for that to happen in the Rose Bowl (would have been two firsts) But...

A home and home would be in August or September. You’re not going to get a late game at Ann Arbor in the snow.

And for those shitting on a home and home with them they’re as good as Wisky (recent home and home) and better than Texas plus it’d be good press so I don’t get the hate.

Oh, and BTW, Ann Arbor is a hoe!

Yeah, we can tell.

That said, I do think a home and home with Michigan would be great.

Everyone saying they’re irrelevant or not good enough, a Michigan win is often used to prop up Ohio state these days.

They’re still a big name and honestly better than the Texas win we had this year that ended up being meaningless...

If you want to pretend they’re nobodies. Then sure, kick them while they’re down and take the series record vs them bc they’re a traditional powerhouse and won’t be down long.

The name alone is still more exciting that 75% of our schedule this (and most) years.

Need not be a bowl game. Do a home and home. The Big House is a great venue.

We should play them when they make Les the head coach.

I have always supported SEC when in the Bowls, but with the Bama melt down and sour attitude towards LSU ,,,
GEAUX MICHIGAN.

I say this as someone with degrees from both LSU and Michigan...

A home and home with Michigan would be awesome for both fan bases. Ann Arbor is a really fun college town. The stadium and surroundings are really nice; LSU fans would enjoy the trip. Likewise, Michigan fans would enjoy Baton Rouge, campus and Tiger Stadium. I really can’t imagine they would have seen anything like what we have.

That being said, if it ever happens, I’m hoping for a 35-3 type win for the Tigers in BR and a 42-17 type win for the Tigers in Ann Arbor.

In 2006 LSU was going to play Michigan in the Rose Bowl until UCLA upset USC in the final regular season game.

Funny thing was during the Rose Bowl (Michigan vs USC) you could see LSU fans in the stands who bought tickets ahead a time.

Plus it would be great for TV ratings and school revenue. I would absolutely travel to Ann Arbor to see LSU play in the Big House. I'd take that any day over these bullshite neutral site games.

Michigan needs to improve

like Wisconsin did before we palyed them.....

The truth is LSU does not like to play Big 10 teams in the regular season....in the past 35plus years we have played tOSU in 1987 &1988 and Wisconsin in 2014 and 2016.we certainly don't want home and away meetings.....instead we schedule Georgia Southern or Northwestern State or W.Illinois

They’re probably THE school I would most like a true home & home with. Would be incredible to see LSU play in the Big House.

Others are USC and Ohio State imo

LSU has tried to schedule both Michigan and Ohio State and neither was interested. Neither was Pedophile State. It would be great to play a home and home with any of them.
