Wish him nothing but the best. Hope he matures and stays off of social media.

If he was smart... he would transfer to a SEC or ACC team with a rising Senior QB, use his redshirt/transfer year to learn the offense, and compete for the job in 2018 as a 5th yr senior.

Maybe if it's Syracuse or Kentucky.

I would pick a school that:

1: Fits my strengths which means running a spread Offense.

2. Has a weak depth chart that gives me an opportunity to compete and win a starting position.

What's Florida Atlantic's QB situation? Lane Kiffin would Love him some Brandon Harris. NO?

As a walk on? Cause that's the only way he's getting a look from a big boy. I rooted for him to a fault. But it is what it is

He could literally do the EXACT same thing and not leave LSU.

I just don't think Brandon has what it takes to compete in a power 5 conference.

I agree. He should go Group of 5 with a poor shallow depth chart to really get a significant shot at starting. He's from Shreveport area, I would imagine a southern Arkansas school or ULM would get him on the field early. La Tech has a highly touted qb already so that may be a hit or miss deal as far as playing time. I don't know if Northwestern in Nachitoches would be an option as a graduate program or not. I hope he gets a shot to play and does well. I've always liked him as a leader. Just not his play on the field most of the time.

Where ever he goes, hope they have tall & fast receivers, cuz everything will either be high or deep...

Hoping all the best for Harris but damn, watch these highlights it is just baffling how much he struggled at times. The play that starts at 7secs, Dupre is in press coverage, Dural doesn't have a guy within 10yds of the line of scrimmage. The decision making was baffling at times.

Second pass starts at 7secs

I'd like to see him go to Tulane tbh.
They have decent receivers that can make plays. I could see Harris killing it there*

Eta; *by Tulane standards

Well if he has been given a full release, then i expect him to go to a Power 5 conference. With the full release can he go to Auburn like originally planned, or can you not xfer between schools in the SEC at all?

seriously doubt that will happen. Even with horrible coaching from Les/Cam, it's pretty clear that he has some major deficiencies and I doubt any big school will welcome him and hope he magically transforms over the next 6 months.

More likely a non-P5 or FCS school. Nothing wrong with that, he'll likely start for one of those schools. And good for him if he does.

He should be allowed to go to a SEC school in order to make that school worse.

I thought he just recently tweeted that he was ready for Air Canada and to compete for the starting job. Wasnt that a few weeks ago?

No.

Kiffin signed DeAndre Johnson, a former FSU 4* signee at QB.
