That makes a lot more sense than "a bone bruise" which is why today I questioned how you can miss 5 or 6 weeks with a contusion/bruise. To be fair to a poster who responded, he actually mentioned a possible crack in the bone...he should be a doctor. A broken ankle is NOT a bone bruise so the LSU coaching staff has been lying assuming WW is telling the truth.
The REAL problem for Whit Weeks and I have been telling my brother this for "weeks"...sorry about that...is this is starting to sound like he might have some genetic issues with that area of his body. NOT a doctor but in the bowl game, he is carted off with a dislocated ankle...this year a broken ankle whether the same one or not is irrelevant. I believe if I was an NFL team thinking of drafting him, I would investigate that area of the body very carefully.
