But NFL OCs expect that a FB will be able to take the occasional dive (something he almost never did at LSU) and catch the ball out of the backfield on a hot route (which he very rarely did at LSU.)

While these are true, he did do them, and did them well when he did. He made a couple of sweet catches.

You don't see many FB get drafted. Usually they're FA.

6 Fullbacks were drafted in 2002, 8 were drafted in 2003, 4 in 2004, 5 in 2005, 3 in 2006, 6 in 2007 and 4 last year.

Do you mean UFA???

If so, I think most people here agree that he will be drafted in the later rounds. Especially since he's one of the few, if not only, fb's at the Sr. Bowl.

Probably not because he never really carried the ball in college. No doubt he'll get picked up though as an UDFA. FBs almost never get drafted and if they do they spent some time carrying and/or catching the ball in college.

The Jags coach on NFL Network said Quinn was the most intriguing player on their squad and has helped his draft status more than anyone except the DT from BC. He said he has picked up on everything they've taught him extremely fast and would definitely be one to watch.

In addition to FB I could also see Quinn used as a blocking TE and freeing up a spot on a roster for a team to carry another player at a different position. Might not be prototypical height, but he is strong and would have leverage on taller TE's and DT's. Bet he would kill people on special teams. Just a thought.

Middle rounds: 3-5, I think a team thats run oriented like a Carolina, or teams that use an HBack could use him. Think about him blocking for Adrian Peterson in Minnesota or Forte in Chicago.

while i love watching quinn crush fools (especially in the chik-fil-a bowl), and as charles scott said "associate him with destruction," i'd be surprised to see him go before 6 or 7, maybe not at all. but i also think he'll catch on somewhere, he's too much of a beast not to
