The tape has NEVER been heard or played. The first was leaked information from a transcript of a recording.
A transcript happens thru people hearing it. It was entered into evidence. Brady matetial is made available to both karties in the trial.
No transcript is possible without someone hewring it.

Again when was money mentioned regarding the strong offer.
Pretty kuch when wade queetioned if the splitting of the amount was too.kuch to the mom and player, and jot enough for the handler.

Because WW hasn't and wasn't charged with any crime. He isn't on trial.
It doesnt have to be a crime to be an NCAA violation. Are you this dumb?

Correct. That he knows of.
These "no proof" and "no evidence" posts are silly.
The Wade tape and the Richardson statements are both evidence of potential wrongdoing and both are admissible against Wade or LSU should there be an NCAA hearing or a legal proceeding. The existence of this evidence makes it much more likely thee will be such a proceeding.
Arguments to the contrary are ostrich-logic.

Again he’s not being charged with a crime so the same standards do not apply to the NCAA or his employer
To carry this even further, there are no NCAA allegations against him either. But you ave some geniuses saying fire him now

There must be evidence of a financial transaction though. Western Union, banks, etc. It doesn't exist. The NCAA found and utilized hard evidence on Reggie Bush, before USC was sanctioned.

There's o point in reasoning with these clowns. If the NCAA handed out sanctions based on this level of "evidence," all major programs would get the death penalty.

I never said fire him now or ever and have said I couldn’t care less if he cheated. Funny how people up in arms about no evidence turn around and make accusations based on no evidence

It’s called being skeptical when time after time shitty news sites report on things from anonymous sources that turn out to either be false or very inaccurate. I’d say you are naive.

To be fair, if there was a payment, it may exist. Just because nobody has looked yet, doesn't mean it's not there.
I pray whoever funded these possible transactions was more careful than Wade on his phone.

It's not much really. First, He supposedly is on a tape saying he made a strong arse offer to a player. Nothing monetary was mentioned, just that it was an offer. Second, a witness,NOT WADE ON TAPE, says that Wade told him he made a $300k deal for Naz Reid. So Wade isn't on the tape himself saying this. In a court of law it's hearsay without any proof of wrong doing. Until there is proof he cheated and/or violated NCAA rules in recruiting he still has the presumption of innocence.
Will Wade have bonus money back to LSU.
Will Wade also agreed to amend his contract in LSU’s favor.
But yes. Nothing at all is going on or went on

And how do you know it doesn’t exist? The hard evidence against Bush had to be discovered at some point genius.

Tapes from a Federal trial are not “anonymous sources” from a shitty website

Did I say you were one of those geniuses? OR are you claiming that no one has said fire him?

You replied to my post and said “some of you” so it sure sounds like you were saying I was

Cool, will do, I hope it doesn’t come to that

He should be fired now if LSU has sufficient evidence of violation of the rules, REGARDLESS of whether the NCAA ever brings an proceeding against him or the school, genius.
The point is not whether we get caught or are found guilty of violations. It is whether our coach is complying with the rules, as his contract requires.

Again, literally no one in the public has heard these tapes... an anonymous source leaked a supposed transcript of part of one of those tapes

So you're demanding we hire a championship caliber coach in college athletics who will not cheat at recruiting? Where can we find such a unicorn?

How about one that isn’t caught 3x in 1 year? Lol

It's not a crime for a coach to pay a player. It's an NCAA rules violation.

Again, what exactly is he caught doing? I don't want to hear this person said he heard Wade did this. Stop being a bitch and tell me what he actually did that there is any actual evidence of.
