you're leaving out the white kid that ultimately signed with Florida State.

Nah. It's a sphere. Look it up in Websters. I believe Wade has been accused of stuff, but even you must admit there is no proof of it. Otherwise the FBI would have had him charged in this case.

To all of you believing WW is guilty of NCAA violations or breaking any laws please show us the evidence. Show us the same evidence the FBI is lacking, the NCAA is lacking, and that agents/witnesses are lacking. He's here to stay until then, so support the WW led program.

How many times do you have to be told NCAA violations are not crimes.

Yes, and as of right now the NCAA investigators have NOTHING.

And how may times must you be told NCAA requires Clear and Convincing Evidence? Of which there is none.

If he offered a man a position to get Naz here, how is that different than offering Shea Patterson’s brother a position to get him to go to Ole Miss?

No one thinks he’s breaking any laws. Why do you keep being that shite up?

As for NCAA violations we don’t know yet, that doesn’t mean none were committed and in this case the investigation hasn’t even fully started. But that’s not what the OP says, he’s says we know nothing which is patently false, we know he’s on tape talking to a guy about an “offer” to a recruit that did in fact sign with LSU. We also have another guy claiming he talked about giving money to another recruit that also signed with LSU. None of that is proof, so no he shouldn’t be fired today and I don’t think he should have been suspended, BUT this information is more than enough for an investigation to begin and if there’s an investigation they could find something.

There must be evidence of a financial transaction though.

Not for an NCAA violation. There just has yo be proof of a benefit, even if only offered.

IF anything goes forward on this with the NCAA, a big problem will be that wade believed ge was securing a commitment from Smart by offering something. It was his intent

Zero, I understand that and have never claimed otherwise, unlike you who keeps moronically talking about the FBI not charging him there for there’s no proof.

And you know that how? Just because it hasn’t been released or found at this point doesn’t mean there isn’t any.

Personally I hope they don’t find any or decide not to pursue it but that’s not what is being said here.

his offer was a full scholarship, the promise of a starting position, guaranteed playing minutes, etc. Could be anything since MONEY wasn't mentioned.

so how do you explain why Wade wasn't charged with any crimes by the justice department when other coaches were and have pled guilty? They had PROOF of crimes committed by these coaches. If they had that proof on Wade he'd have been indicted.

Has it occurred to you that law enforcement, rules enforcers (like NCAA) and plaintiffs in ordinary suits are required to collect evidence BEFORE bringing charges/ claims?
Why do you think the failure to bring charges at this juncture is the equivalent of "no proof"?

Again when was money mentioned regarding the strong offer.

The lawyers involved in the trial (and the judge) all agree WW was referring to money.
