his offer was a full scholarship, the promise of a starting position, guaranteed playing minutes, etc. Could be anything since MONEY wasn't mentioned.
Did Smart's mother want guaranteed minutes for her too?
Come on, people. It's ok to defend Wade if you want, but don't suspend all rational thought in the process.

Louis Martin Blazer, a former Pittsburgh financial adviser who found himself in hot water in 2014 for siphoning money from professional athletes whose accounts he managed to finance movie and music ventures. He ultimately pleaded guilty to identity theft, making false statements and documents, wire fraud and security fraud. Under a cooperation agreement, prosecutors agreed to inform the sentencing judge of Blazer's help in the NCAA case.
So in 2014, Mr Blazer began helping the justice department. His assistance led to charges being filed 3 years later in 2017 against four assistant coaches along with representatives of shoe companies. None of the asst. coaches worked for Will Wade. So since this investigation began in 2014, that's 5 years now, it has shown no proof/charges levied against Will Wade. I'm sure if there was real hard evidence against the man it would have surfaced after 5 years later.

Then show us the MONEY! Where is it? Who actually got it? How was it paid? Whose account was it deposited into? They have nothing. They assume it was money. U do know what happens when you assume anything don't you?

It would have to be NE. Bill Self has already given away the ones in Kansas already.

so how do you explain why Wade wasn't charged with any crimes by the justice department
Because the Justice Dept isn’t investigating him
Why do you keep bringing up the Justice dept and criminal charges? No one is worried about that you moron, for the millionth time NCAA rules violations are not crimes, do not seriously not understand that?

when other coaches were and have pled guilty?
Oh yeah? What coaches have been charged and pled guilty?
We have shoe company employees and or agents that have pled guilty but no coaches, coaches have been mentioned because there are possible NCAA VIOLATIONS

Ex asst coach Chuck Person from Auburn, and "Book" Richardson Ex Asst coach from Arizona have already pled guilty. The head coaches at AU and AZ are still on the job. So is WW.

I hope that Coach Wade can explain all of these accusations against him. Either there is too much smoke or there are a lot of college basketball coaches out there who are jealous AF of the machine WW is building at LSU.

Don't know much about federal investigations, do you?
Looks like this one started in 2015 and is still on-going.
The targets of the investigation are unknown, so any conclusions about forthcoming indictments are just speculation.
But to conclude there is no "evidence" against Wade is to ignore what has already been made public. What, if anything, Wade is charged with by the FBI or the NCAA is unknown, but LSU ignores this evidence at its own risk should anyone come knocking.

Will is the gangsta outlaw coach that we dont deserve.

LSU firing WW without cause leaves LSU owing him $10 million($2.5 million per the 4yrs remaining on contract). LSU has shown through the suspension that they can't be accused of Lack of Institutional Control by the NCAA.
Right, He hasn't been charged and no one can say he ever will be charged. Deal with that issue if and when that day arrives. NCAA has no issue with Calapari still coaching after violations at UMass and Memphis that vacated two final four appearances.

The NCAA does NOT need a "canceled check" to ascertain guilt. And BTW......it is just as bad to offer the money as it is to have the offer accepted (to the NCAA).

When did he ever offer money? He made an strong offer, but the term money wasn't mentioned. The 300K number supposedly is something wade told someone. Again I can accuse anybody of anything, but there has to be some scintilla of proof to validate the accusation. It doesn't exist in this case against Will Wade. There is no smoking gun!

That’s would be applicable if it was LSU assistant that was on tape but it’s not.

There are no head coaches being charged, not even Pitino. Wade isn't even being charged. Asst coaches at AU and AZ were charged, found guilty, and still their head coaches are employed and I haven't heard calls for them to be fired.

Wade answered all questions and denied any wrongdoing in connection with recently reported allegations of irregularities in college basketball recruiting," LSU athletic director Joe Alleva said Sunday after meetings started with Wade and LSU and NCAA officials on Friday in Baton Rouge.
Okay Here's what we do know. He met with NCAA Officials before being reinstated. If the NCAA had anything on Wade, I highly doubt he would have gotten reinstated by JA. WOW! NCAA officials were at the meeting. Did you read and comprehend that H-Town?

Coach k should be suspended a year too....
Suspend all of them for one year.. Start a committee, or whatever you want to call it ,with the suspended coach's.
Let them work alongside the NCAA and get the rules and recruiting regulations rewritten from scratch.
Then, you take every single coach in the nation, you tell them the new rules and make them sign a contract ,the contract says if they are on audio or caught in any way ,talking about paying or paying a player for there signature, then there done forever with no appeal process... Never again will they cheat.

So, you interpret this to be the equivalent of the NCAA giving Wade a clean bill of health?
First, ask yourself why the NCAA was in the conversation with Wade to begin with?
Second, you must assume Wade has told LSU and the NCAA that he has done nothing wrong and has provided his version of the facts. Else he could not be reinstated. This, too, has to be investigated by both. That's all I can conclude from that.
Third, what about this encounter suggests that the NCAA is finished with Wade or LSU?

Yep, I’m not the one with the comprehension problem. What you don’t seem to understand is that because there may not have been any evidence on one date doesn’t mean that there could never be evidence.
The statements we know of are more than sufficient grounds to start an investigation
