PK is not a basketball fan. He just hates the basketball fans so he’s in every thread arguing on behalf of anti-facts.

The fact that the Wade-tards can vote is bothersome.

Yes, not as the head coach again though. They had every opportunity to do that this year and didn’t.

Wade is about to take his 2nd team to the dance since he left LSU.
Maybe he'll make it past the first weekend this year.

That's because he was the OC and, for half the season, the interim HC...and the results didn't change.
That wouldn't be the situation with Wade

Wade will be making a deep tourney run this year because that’s what he does. He’s a winner.
He's literally never done that.

I'm not saying Wade is the ONLY coach who can win at LSU. But to dismiss him as a guy who can't win is ridiculous

The train had not passed 10 months ago (at least from Wade's perspective). It had "long passed" from LSU's perspective...until "LSU" changed two months ago with Rousse in as President and Woodward out as AD. Tate and Woodward were the block to rehiring Wade last offseason. That impediment is gone.
Again, that's NOT to say Wade would definitely leave NC State. But the variables have changed from not only 6 years ago, but 6 months ago. So any definitive statements based upon a context that no longer exist is flawed logic

That is going to be a VERY interesting case.
No one ever challenged the rule against guys being ineligible once a pro contract was signed because there was little incentive to do so. As a pro you could make money. As a college player you couldn't (legally). Now the market is that some guys could make a LOT more money in college than a basketball "minor" league.
It seems like the rule should still stand until...you realize college teams have for a long time signed foreign players who previously play professionally in other countries. LSU has such a player right now. So why is it ok for a foreign professional to play college ball but not a domestic professional?
