Why would a roof keep butts in seats? You offer no insight whatsoever. A roof wouldn't fix any off the issues that make people leave early.
Cause its hot as frick outside

Shade wings for the poor east siders would be a good start.

No. I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done to keep Tiger fans involved.

Sometimes I wish I could just hit the downvote button until my computer blows up.
This is one of those times.

why not give everyone an umbrella and then see how many fights break out.

People will kill you for this but if anyone bothered to open up the link it's not an enclosed dome, it's just shade basically for most seats. Not totally unsimilar to say bigger version's of what in Washington's stadium:
No engineer or architect would think of extending a roof like that over an aging stadium with defects like Tiger Stadium.

An enclosed roof with ac would definitely keep butts in seats in the early part of the season when its 100° outside. Idk about yall but I dont want to sweat my butt of while watching a football game. But that enclosed roof plus ac would cost a pretty penny. An overhang may keep a few more butts in seats

I'd prefer one like Seahawks have.
It'd designed to funnel noise to the field.

We should do it just to increase the roar of the crowd

Chalmette. You got a problem with that?

I do not like this suggestion; yes it is sacrilege.

It wouldn't make a difference it's a different culture today than it was in the 50's 60's and 70's....those were mostly true die hard fans who went to watch the game....today it's more of a social event to be seen at than to actually watch the game...
