Why are some LSU fans such jackasses? Lester, you aren't a fan of big cities, we get that. So regardless of who we play, you don't want to go to a big city. That's fine, but quit shitting on the LSU fans that care enough to travel across the country to cheer on the Tigers. Unlike most fans, I don't chose the "good" games to go to, I go to all of them. That's what real fans do. If LSU quit scheduling decent road games and scheduled more N Texas home games, because of lack of support on the road, you would be the first one whining that LSU is scared to play anybody. If you don't want to go that is fine, just quit acting like it is a stupid idea to go because you don't want to/can't afford to.
Bailout? Every week someone joins our group. It started out as 4 of us and has grown to 30. So there are some tickets for sale so everyone is bailing? Wow, I guess college football is going under then. I just went on StubHub and was able to buy season tickets for every top school, including Bama, Florida, Texas and OU. I guess those places better close down the stadiums! Congrats on flaming the board and stirring up some fans, most of us know there will be a great contingent of Tiger fans in Seattle, so there is no use trying to convince other jackasses of this.
If you are going to Seattle, see you there! If not, quit shitting on those of us going and wish the Tigers well.

Damn, the weather in NO on 9/5 compared to the weather in Seattle on 9/5---I am going with Seattle 10x over. My wife (who grew up just outside NO) and I thoroughly enjoyed visiting Seattle, took the ferry and drove to Mt. Olympus, etc, spent ~ 4 days in and around Seattle and had a great time. Then drove the OR coast, looped into Portland, went to the wine country south of Portland, went to the Gorge, etc. I have been to 39 states, I would rate that area in the top 10% of places I have been in the states. The only regret was not squeezing British Columbia in.

This is a chance to see the Tigers and do a few more other things. Guess I'll do a little more than just make a game. I've been to a # of college football games, not just ones with the Tigers. To make a game at bama, Ole Mrs, Moo St. But even better, make one outside the SEC and compare. I plan on making the trip to NC and see the East Carolina/Rice game this year. I also like making high school games.
