Had a few week old limit sell at $1.75 on 2 accounts. Saw they were presenting at a conference and decided to move one to $2.25. Suprised me when I got the notice around lunch that the $1.75 hit. Didn't really belive it would hit $1.75 just based on that conference.

Eh that’s only partially true.
It was a T trade. That’s a trade (or usually an average of lots of trades) that occurs during trading hours but doesn’t get posted until after hours. So at the beginning of the day, an MM sold that volume at about an average of $1.30 and the trade(s) didn’t show until after hours, therefore the price artificially dropped to that trade price.
OTC stocks don’t just automatically divert to the starting price every day after hours.
It was a T trade. That’s a trade (or usually an average of lots of trades) that occurs during trading hours but doesn’t get posted until after hours. So at the beginning of the day, an MM sold that volume at about an average of $1.30 and the trade(s) didn’t show until after hours, therefore the price artificially dropped to that trade price.

Approach with caution here. Applying for an uplisting is an easy pump. They don’t meet the qualifications and will likely get declined (but you won’t know this for weeks/months).
