What makes his plan any different than the Hunt Bros attempt to corner the silver market. in the 80’s

You are missing something huge here.

The supply is known and capped.

Hunt bros were using futures to buy and Saylor is buying spot.

Saylor does not control enough to manipute the markets like Hunt Bros. Hunt bros controlled like half of all the silver at one time.

So did anyone listen too the call/look at the release or hear an assessment to know what tomorrow+ might look like? The aftermarket went down about 1.3%, so not sure if that says much. But not a positive sign.

Ok. What's your assessment of what came out? Ive been clear I'm not an expert and trying to learn, so tell me how it should be seen as. I throw stuff out, and don't mind getting corrected.

Current premarket it's up a little bit. Yesterday's close was $336.70. Premarket it's floating .8-1%/$339.5-$40.

Im no expert on how to read pre/after-market, but it does typically give a bit of an indicator on news. Really just looks like normal BTC movement, and like nothing came out. Just another day following BTC. So from a newbs view from what I'm seeing now it shows like it was lackluster release. Now obviously that can change once it opens, but trying to learn how to read how the market might response at open.

Keep in mind I'm trying to teach myself day trading, so I'm not looking at this as long term holding only. I'm trying to see how this stock reacts news on the daily.

Lol, if you try to play this stock daily, good luck. Very likely you will get scorched.

Ohhhh trust me I've learned that with MSTU I'm currently ok with my MSTR holding.

This is why I'm trying to learn about it more. I made errors, now it's time to learn what they were and how to account for it in the future. I get it's volitale, but I'm trying to figure out what isn't volitale in it. Ie...like it moves with BTC. That's a given. I'm trying to understand the rest.

As I said before, I, as others, see MSTR as a different type of company. First to essentially make BTC its "widget." It's like a totally new industry. Trying to see how that turns out, intrigues me, so just trying to learn it.

I put money in it to force me to learn, not caring about the money, as much as, what I learn from risking it.

So it came out of the gate a little hot and hit 343, but dropped to the 330-333 range. So 1-1.5% this AM.

Seems to a newb like me that nothing "wow'd" investors that call, but didn't really scare them to bad. BTC price is all it really has going for it, and seems not some kind of enticing business plan outside of that. Maybe to early for people to see how their plan will pan out. Only half way to their current plan of BTC acquisition.

Though they changed their name to just "Strategy".

Bro, MSTR is not the stock to constantly analyze. They are a Bitcoin play. What they say in their earnings calls will barely register.

Ok. Which are the type of things I'm trying to learn. I analyze things until I know how it works. My b for trying to have a conversation about it to learn more. Which I'm learning this board isn't really good for.

It’s not going to react to news or earnings… it’s going to react to bitcoin price

I have 400 shares of mstr. It's a hold until btc hits 5mil play in 5-10 years. Don't look at it. I have alerts set for every 250/share from 500-5000. I'll probably sell OI at 2000/share.

I'm a big believer and holder of BTC. Because of that, I get it, I also hold lots of MSTR, I've got over 350 shares.

I don't ever plan to SELL BTC, simply leverage or lend against it at some point when the institutions come around to that.

MSTR on the other hand is all in my Roth 401k. I wait until BTC is up and therefore MSTR follows... then I sell covered calls 30 days out. With the volatility, I have been able to sell options contracts for less than a month until exp, over 100% OTM and still collect up to 1.5-2% per contract. That's bananas, and I love it.

Stating facts described as "trolling" is exactly the reason I will exercise free speech in this thread. If you don't love it - leave it.

Bitcoin is going up forever. I really don't know how you guys can't see that.

Now that SAB121 has been reversed, we now have banks that want to custody and loan against Bitcoin.

What do you think that does to the selling pressure? It evaporates.

You guys would rather shite on Bitcoin while we 5x from here in the next 10 years rather than put your ego aside and see what is going on.
