Ugh. I personally believe our pharma industry is totally out of control and needs some rules placed on pricing especially when subsidized by us on the front end.
But you know maybe after my buyout money gets here ......

Understood.. is the 'new-ness' of Lupkynis and Benlysta what is keeping them from being preferred brands/drugs on most of these formularies?
Mainly price but I’m sure newness comes into play. My cousin is a pharmacist and my wife worked in one while in college. They’ve both explained to me that PA is super common. It’s basically a daily occurrence. Generally means it will take a day or 2 to get the script filled while they wait for approval and said approval comes 99% of time.

Adding more every week. I see it as an opportunity every time it dips.

Quiet period. It doesn't seem clear if there is a blackout or if no movement is likely before mid May

Just spoke with a nephrologist in Lafayette. Said the sales rep from Aurinia came down to speak with their group 2 weeks ago, so at least they are proactive in getting their drug down here in Louisiana. The nephrologist I spoke to sees about 2-3 patients a week in clinic with LN. Very prevalent in young, AA women.

Anyone think we finally turned a corner (hit bottom)? I bought May calls yesterday.
Here's to shite getting better. Maybe run into 1Q financials as ppl anticipate scrip numbers?
