It's just like others are saying, bud. Go to pancake, set your slippage, and swap it back to BSC. Then go to Trust, swap your BSC back to BNB, and send your BNB to wherever you want it

Oh and fwiw, there's different methods of getting it to your exchange to flip to USD, but I'm partial to the Changelly app. I'll send my BNB to Changelly, it converts it to Eth and routes it directly to my coinbase or voyager all in one transaction. It's great
