So Koch is exiting, not sure I would take that as bullish. Anyone familiar with Aquatech?
After looking into Aquatech I am definitely not taking it as bullish.
F me, I really need this thing to work or at least to get to $4.

Not really, but they have been mentioned before back in the day in some SLI articles. Hell its been so long but at one point I thought SLI had part of Aquatec but maybe Im thinking Telescope. Anyone know or remember?

Tomorrow is liable to be a bloodbath.

Maybe Koch sold there tech and know its gonna work so washed their hands and waiting to cash out when production starts. Idk? Thats what I hope anyways

To be fair… Koch hasn’t worked out like we’ve wanted either. They bought in around the mid $7’s right? We’ve been down since then.

I dont think so, but what do I know. Nothing changed with SLI plans or timeline

It didn't say they sold their shares, just their technology. Unless I misunderstood it.

Yeah I’m not sure what this changes…. Now a lithium company owns the patent.

Acquisition by Aquatech: In September 2025, Aquatech International acquired Koch's DLE business, including all related technology, licenses, and agreements. This includes the JDA and licensing agreement with Standard Lithium, transferring KTS's role to Aquatech. Details of the exclusive rights Under the agreements, Standard Lithium and its joint ventures have exclusive rights to the Li-Pro™ DLE technology for their projects in the Smackover Formation, which spans parts of Arkansas and Texas. The exclusivity gives Standard Lithium an edge in developing lithium projects in this specific region. The partnership provides Standard Lithium with access to a validated DLE technology in addition to its own proprietary LiSTR technology.

Okay, I misunderstood, I took it that Koch sold the full stake.

Trump despises the Koch's. The feeling is mutual. May be for the better.

I was saying maybe they just sold the licensing, and are confident SLI os going to make it and waiting on share price to climb once production is in place and we are at 20.00 a share then they cash out! One can hope right?

The biggest thing I take from this is that this company vetted the process and bought it from Koch. Must've made them a nice offer. I didn't see an amount mentioned, but Koch may have gotten their investment back and still holds shares. Smart move.
This is just more validation that it works.

Aquatech must have liked something about the progress.

Slim pickings for Options on this thing. Anyone had any luck trading calls/puts when this was a little more volatile?

Unfortunately since both companies are private we will not get a lot of vision into the amount paid, but I tend to concur with you
