How high has this been projected to go once things get rolling?

Once both projects are factored in with very conservation lithium prices and the potash and bromine not yet figured in, probably mid $20's low end. If we get crazy high lithium prices? Who knows. Or if they end up extracting/operation for other companies it could go higher.
I'm thinking $20 by 2030 without some crazy lithium market frenzy like 2021.
They are also producing high grad lithium that commands top dollar or will be, so it's hard to factor that in. The fact that the defense contractors met with them fairly regularly and their presence in the area has boomed and continues to boom makes an offtake agreement with Lockhead, General Dynamics, L3 Harris, Raytheon, Raphael and others more and more likely as SLI is only about 45 minutes from their sites. By 2028, they'll likely be employing over 10k people in east Camden if that gives you an idea of how large their presence is here. That could even got up from there.

How do we almost have 100 pages on SLI but I haven't seen any thread on LAC?
There have been threads on LAC and it's been discussed here. SLI was the better option up until Trump got involved. They've got a lot of permitting and logistical issues to work out and they are now only talking about producing 40tons/year. Smackover Lithium ( the JV with Equinor) is projected to be producing like 144.5 tons per year of high grade lithium with infrastructure already in place for the SWA project and a much friendlier permitting environment. Don't count them out as a company Trump would invest in. As that gov't grant they won is paid out, I can see him getting a piece for the tax payers and setting a price floor for SLI to ensure that China and others can't bury our critical resource manufacturing with cheap/slave labored obtained minerals.

Seems conservative to me with production, revenue & hype that comes with it. It hit $12 when the company was FAR more speculative than it is today. Obviously lithium prices were higher then but since we've seen Koch investment, Govt grants, equinor investment, DFS completion etc.
$40 is my price target in 5 years.

Really any number of catalysts could get this thing to $20 pretty quickly.
Partnership with a major, a tweet from Elon/Tesla, Trump or lithium prices going higher.
Is there a construction start date announced yet?

equinor investment,
Equinor gets 45% of production so that decreases the potential profit, but it derisked the overall investment. That being said, that partnership could lead to other things not mentioned. There are pockets of oil in the Smackover. Some folks drilled down to the Smackover over towards Magnolia awhile back and hit some wells that were producing 4-5000 barrels/day. They fall off pretty quick but if some of those wells hit oil, they got a partner that is ready and able to deal with it and they are paying heavy arse taxes in Europe on their oil profits. Not saying it will, but there is potential.
