What is interesting is the fact that I saw a thread on TD back when it was 0.00055, regardless of whether it was this thread or another. I had dismissed it as most other on that thread had. A day later a buddy called me telling me about GameCoin and I told him that it was gonna be a rug pull and just to be careful. Two day later he called again saying just to throw some flier money into it and see where it goes.
I am thankful I listened and wish I had invested more. A $1600 investment has yielded myself $12k in realized gains with another $60k unrealized.
I’m realistic enough to not expect $1 but also see it tripling from its current price point if not further.
I hope others ignored the FUD as well and are enjoying the ride

Most all of the growth have generally regional buys, as it is not well known or easily accessible.
The plan is to get it on one exchange soon if not multiple. Assuming things continue to progress, it certainly seems plausible that it could go to 10+ cents.
I think market cap size will hinder it from ever hitting a dollar. But who knows

All of the FUD around GME is legit, but it doesn’t mean a damn thing about the price.
It’s not like $1 GMEX would disprove any of the criticisms in the thread. At the end of the day, GMEX is a pyramid scheme wrapped in a charitable blanket - give me your money so I can donate it to charity and give you back more isn’t a real business model.
I hope everyone makes a mint, but there is no happy ending for GMEX in the long run.

cumrocket coin has a lot of fud surrounding it as well but it's also has millions in marketcap
doesn't mean it's useful or has any fundamental value.
no one with any sense at all would buy this thing, and sadly that's a reason to buy it

Most current holders have no clue what it is, they just know it’s gone mostly up. There aren’t many exit plans, and given it’s rise, I guess that should be expected.
Eventually people will want access to all of these paper gains, and that’s when the music will likely stop. At the end of the day, liquidity matters, and there simply won’t be enough to go around for something with no real utility.

I agree and everyday more and more crap coins are coming out and making people money.
I don’t agree that GMEX and Cumrocket are equivalents in the market. But I also understand that GMEX is a token rather than a platform, it’s not anywhere close to BTC and honestly more similar to an NFT.
But there is potential for a sustainable project, the reality is it is still just ground floor and all potential.
And that means there is potential for money to be made (or lost)

This is not directed at anyone in particular.
WHY is there so much anger in this thread?
WHY do people care what others choose to invest in?
It’s not like we’re dealing with chronic debt in here and poor life choices. For the most part it’s just people willing to take an insubstantial risk to make a nice reward.

Gambling $1,000 won’t hurt anyone, but that entire dynamic changes when it’s turned into tens of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Something a little more substantial than “to the moon” should be the reason you’re still holding.
At the end of the day, it’s not my money or my problems, but it’s still an entertaining discussion.

I agree with you. That's why I'm here. I like hearing different opinions even though I've already decided what I'm going to do. I like the idea of this project and I'm rolling with it. Just being involved has been fun. I've learned some new things and helped some kids while making a little pocket cash. Can't really be upset about that.

People say “this thing is new and look how good it’s already doing”, and think it will go to a dollar, but don’t realize it’s because a small liquidity pool and only 25% circulating coins. Just now learning about how pools determine the price compared to actual trades with stocks, and bet less than 1% gmex holders know how a pool works.
It’s crazy overvalued because of the way it’s sold. 7000 wallets/$3billion is .5million per wallet. Need a million people to sell all those tokens. The money is not there!
