Lol. Nothing you said is true.

I like Oreos. Lemon flavored Oreos are over $6. Did they cost that last year? I tried to explain it in a way that even you could understand.

Tariffs are an additional cost to every product where a higher tariff rate was enforced. Undeniable fact. Who is paying the additional cost?

Yea, I don't understand economics. I have an economics degree from LSU. How about you? When did you make your 1rst million? 2nd? 3rd? 5th? I came from a low income family, yet can answer those questions. Can you? It is fun conversing with people that are serious about improving their financial situation. I try to both learn and help. Some are beyond helping.

You bring out the ugly in me. You are an annoyingly bad poster for a financial based board. You are the reason I don't do much social media, outside of TigerDroppings. You aren't worth the time it took to make this post. I need to learn to ignore you. Thanks for giving me a new goal.

Real estate is a big chunk of the inflation index and is pulling down the metric.

Personally, I think job insecurity is affecting home sales the most. That is what is new today versus the past 6 years.
