I’m anticipating some incredible revenue beats with a big raise to guidance. If they don’t do another stock offering, this thing will shoot up like crazy in the morning. Thinking $110-$115 is in the realm of possibility this week.

I notice they have been playing it close to the vest recently. No dollar figure on the Israel deal, for example. Also, no details on MO, AL, or IN facilities. I hope that indicates that they are planning a shock and awe during earnings...

Is there any psychology to having the call prior to open rather than after? Seems like after market always gets hammered down prior to the bell.

I think the psychology may be that they are in Denmark and it would be REALLY late if they had it after the market closes...

Vertiv up 15% today… could be good news for us

I put a straddle on it just to see what happens…because I’m pretty sure whatever happens it’s not going to stay flat. Not a lot of money though.
So I’m hoping for a shitload of volatility.

Earnings released. Crushed ARR goal and Raised guidance, also said they would upgrade their capacity guidance from 2.5GW to 3 by EoY. Missed on net loss, but did announce 24% adjusted EBITA which is positive for first time ever.
Alabama and Missouri data centers announced.
Should be up huge, people don’t understand the $2B spent in Q4 was for data centers. Still have $3.7B in cash too. Guessing it will go green at open unless they announce something stupid on the con call at 8est
I’m buying these dips. This is a company that is absolutely poised for growth and will crush it. We will all look back in 3 years and laugh at days like today

? They missed revenue in Q4 by quite a bit. Up Yoy for Q4 but they estimated 242 and it came in at 227

Gotcha. I'm already in meetings, so I haven't had a chance to look in depth.
With that kind of drop, I was looking for a dilution announcement.
Looks like people are expecting huge growth with no capex...

Half the comments on Twitter think it’s great, half think it’s terrible

Like I said, guessing this will go green at open. Just too much good news in this release for the future

Sorry, to be more clear, they crushed ARR goals and raised their guidance for 2026

A lot of people just see revenue miss and that’s it.

We delivered the first tranche of capacity to Microsoft on time
in November 2025, and are well on track to deliver the remain-
ing capacity on schedule.
We delivered both contracted tranches to Meta on time
and are now fully in the servicing stage.
Looks like both large contracts have zero risk of breach from Nebius’ side. Execution on promises made.

We have already secured more than 2 GW of contracted power, putting us well ahead of the target we set in November of more than 2.5 GW by the end of 2026. As a result, we now expect to have more than 3 GW of contracted power by year end.

Right, but as they digest all the news in the release and listen to the con call, they will get excited.
Who cares if you missed on Revenue for a quarter when you’ve already secured $125B in ARR by the end of year and guidance on $7-9B by end of 2026. That’s insane
