Anyone have experience?

Their offer to me is a couple grand over KBB so I’d obviously go that route over a trade in but wondering if they bait and switch you and once they get the car come back with a lower payout.

As straightforward as they make it seem? What they offer is what they pay?

If you have a local Carmax, I’d try them for a comparison. Got $1500 more from them than Carvana. But Carvana seems easy too.

As long as you didn’t hide anything when filing out the questionnaire; you’ll get what they offered

How are they making money if offering $3000 over KBB? Their resale is THAT high?

They basically told me they do so much volume if they can make a few hundred off the sale they consider it a win

Check the price of Carvana stock over the last 2 years and you might find your answer.

Yeah I knew they were having issues that’s part of why I was asking?

It’s gotta be more than a few hundred but yeah IdK. Do they do repairs and what not also? Because traditional dealers make a ton of their service departments. Seems like If you only sold used cars and will pick up from the house and pay well over others you’d be running pretty slim margins?
