ren’t proof coins always priced 2-3X over spot?
Usually a few dollars. The normal coins are listed at 169 as of today. Proofs a few dollars more. Miners is the play, ETFs will be taking a hit soon when the new rules hit in March.

You sure about that?
Yeah not a fan of lizard people on the coins....
I have kilo Perth mint dragon (2024) & snake (2025) coins but that's just because Perth mint are the only ones who do that shite.
I also have a "monster" box of 32oz of 1/10 oz silver Britannias because I wanted some fractional .999 silver and again the US mint blows arse in that regard.
The Canadian silver at least is .9999 fine so they do have that going for them and if they would just stop putting the lizard people on the reverse of their coinage I would have been all in. Instead it's Eagles, Philharmonics, and Krugerrands for me.

Koreans do silver coins quite well.

I don't have any Libertads, but I have some really cool circulated Centavos, Pesos and Onzas

Yep, they are rare to find with a premium less than 10%. About 4 years ago Provident would run monster boxes of BU Libertads on special from time to time. They would sell for .59 to 1.29 above spot for 450 coin box. Hard to find those deals anymore.
the Morgan dollars are hard to beat ….

I get the 1986 (first year) and the 1996 ( low mintage - 3,603,386 ) but I don't know about the 1987. Is there something special about that year? 1994, 1995, 1997 years have low mintage as well.
Here is the mintage by year from govmint.com

11 million is still low mintage compared to the 30-50+ million.
