No fixed income diabetic will be buying a 400 dollar machine. And it doesnt accomodate IM needles and the like. Also, no Dr office or hospital will be putting them in every room. They can place 1000s of needles in a sharps container, then a few of those in a box to be picked up and treated via autoclave for like 30 bucks.

I just dont see the practical application of this device, in its current form. When it jams, or breaks, who fixes it? I promise you it will be a very expensive paper weight in a matter of days in most medical environments.

Not sure why you are assuming this device is targeted at home consumers or doctors office.

The target market is for First Responders ... not "most medical environments"

The hospital version is about to be released. You can call the investor # and ask any question you want.

Hospitals pay someone to take their medical wastes. This would eliminate the need for someone to take their syringes.

This is a long term hold for the board and needs traction outside of it. More of a hold. I got in at the very bottom and sold half but this isn’t a blow up or quick money maker. Not enough volume

On the other hand, in a clinical setting, the needles still have to go into the red medical waste trash. I don't see the need for this in every hospital if that is the case.

Maybe not in America but what about developing countries like Africa that don't have all the disposal services yet have all sorts of reasons to require consistent vaccination programs?

Hell, San Francisco could use these things to clean up their sidewalks. Just get a mobile version they can carry with them.

Redhawk is trying to get Medicare/Medicaid approval. If it does get it then the sky is the limit for all homebound patients. BUT, that’s a big if

No, it would not. This thing is only aimed at certain needles of very small gauges and depths. Hospitals dont use tons of those by comparison. CMS doesnt give a shite about the needle after it goes in the persons arm. EPA may, OSHA may, but CMS doesnt care. I would be shocked if CMS reimburesed anyone for this disposal . Mailbacks are cheaper, their are free options in most progresive communities. Hell, you have medical waste companies take community waste for a very low rate or for free as a community service and the good PR.
