Tempting, but I've already got more in than I planned on gambling.

Either the EPA approves it, or it doesn't
Serious question: how is the best way to watch for this? Obviously someone will find out and news will spread, but is there an EPA site available to the public that shows a status?

Here:
EPA Active PMN Status List
HGRAF requests are:
P-24-0086
P-24-0087
Current status is "Risk Management"
Watch for it to change to "Awaiting Submitter Information/Action".
When it does, either the EPA has asked for more information, or, more likely, they are asking for a signature from HGRAF agreeing to the handling procedures for the manufacture and processing of the fractal graphene and the case will be completed.

Not saying you are wrong, but how did you figure out their case numbers? Genuinely curious

Google Genesis told me:

HydroGraph's PMN Submissions
HydroGraph submitted PMNs for two specific graphene substances, FGA-1 and FGA-2, which are aggregated nano-platelets of graphene. Their application numbers are P-24-0086 and P-24-0087.

Good info and find thanks.
I looked over the dates and it looks like HGRAF submitted both on the same day back in September of 2024, so we are basically 1.5 years into this.
There was a "Scoping or Focus Meeting" in June 2025.
Digging a little deeper I found where they are in the flow chart.
There are 6 steps in the process
1) Pre-Submission
2) Incoming Cases
3) Risk Assessment
4) Risk Management (Where HYDRAF is)
5) Awaiting Submitter Signature or Order
6) Final Determination
"Risk Management" = Dialogue with submitters on risk findings, regulatory options and decision meetings, EPA drafts, develops, and sends determination documents.
I did all this to continue my own DD with the information we have found in this thread and hopefully spur some others to look a little closer as well.
This still feels like a legit effort by the team at HGRAF to get to market a game changing product and make themselves filthy rich in the process, I hope to ride the coat tails along the way.

The TSCA rules changed in June of 2025, with the Lautenberg Act, so that was probably a delay while they recalibrated everything. The government shutdown didn't help either.

Oh, my bad. Feb 6th is when you need to own shares to be able to vote/attend/whatever.

Hopefully they have something to disclose other than they are still waiting for EPA approval...

A move to the new headquarters in Austin should be on the agenda, but hopefully that's an afterthought and the highlight is progress on approvals.

Rather low volume today

According to Schwab it’s almost exact same volume as the 10 day average.

Other than it getting EPA approval last month, I haven't looked into GMG at all. But I found this post of Reddit interesting, comparing GMG to HGRAF. The GMG folks seems pretty confident they have the better product:

Not that this has to be a zero sum game or anything, but I found it amusing/interesting.

quote:
In a nutshell, the difference is that HGRAF produces and sells high purity graphene to customers. It’s then up to the customer to search and develop an application WITH and FOR this graphene.
GMG produces its own high purity graphene AND develops products around it.
That’s the difference.
quote:
It should be noted that HGRAF does not actually sell any significant quantities of graphene. They always talk about how may 'customers' they have but just because a company is testing their graphene does not mean they are or will become a customer. Also, they talk about high margins but until a customer actually pays that price they cannot be certain what the margin is.
quote:
HGRAF is a lot of hype but they have not made any significant sales or contracts. They have missed every target date for contracts, EPA approval, uplisting, and production facility buildout. If not for the pump by Kevin B. on social media, HGRAF would still be trading at 20 cents. It is way overvalued considering the lack of progress.
quote:
GMGs graphene quality is much higher. It’s pure graphene because there is no oxygen involved in the production process. The model of selling graphene direct is where gmg was 5 years ago and it doesn’t work. You need your own applications because no one knows what to do with the powder so it’s worthless on its own. HG will find that out at some point too.

That could be true, but it sounds absurd.

I was curious until I read that part. Lost all credibility, there. I questioned the purity part, the supposedly deadline(s) missed (other than EPA), but this was the nail.
Do steel companies build cars, buildings, etc?
Do lumber companies build houses?
You make a product, you sell a product and sometimes that product gets mixed with other products to make a final consumable good. This isn't rocket surgery.
