would think this would drop a little when they do their next offering, but maybe it runs up and the offering is a little higher. Im willing to start a position after the next raise unless it runs too much.

there is a fighting chance the next offering is the actual NASDAQ IPO. In this current run, they've had enough warrants exercised that they now have over 6 million in cash and the CEO confirmed that she does not expect to do a raise for an indefinite period of time. They have managed to clean up their cap table while going on this run. remarkable.

How do commissions work? $6.95 per trade, whether it’s 5 shares or 5000 shares?

On Schwab, yes that's what I see.

So I’m better doing one chunk than a few it seems.

Definitely. I try to make commission 1% or less than total cost.

Am I understanding this correctly?

Do you (yall) believe that the current crop of sellers is almost solely the owners of warrants? And if so, is there any way to guess the percentage of warrants are left to be cashed in and sold?

In reality it doesn't seem like we've been much higher than we are now, for any period of time, so that lots of shares would be owned (then sold) by "new" buyers. Then again, I don't have any grasp how much volume is created by day traders.

I can't answer your larger question, but it really doesn't seem like HGRAF has even caught the attention of the day trading crowd yet...

I think they are a significant portion, particularly when you see 100K plus tranches being sold.

As to what is left, no we do not have an exact way to know without company updating. They did say a few weeks ago they got cash up to $6 million (not sure CAD or USD) from $3 million at the end of Q1. Hopefully we get more clarity on this soon.

I am not sure what type of day trading is going on north of the border, but not much down here given the lack of availability on may providers (Robinhood etc).

I am sure some of the selling is the 200 million shares o/s but am confident the large tranches were warrant sales.

I will update here if I here or see more

I got burned on ZOM. This looks real enough for me to throw 1000 at it, at least to start.

I fully understand and get the Zom PTSD.

I was on the other side of that debate back then and seemed to be public enemy number one for trying to point out it was a scam along with several of the AT picks

I hit my max last week at 10k.

Well, that was last week.

I'm maxed out and buckled in. I want those warrants gone.

If anyone hasn't watched, there's a youtube video of Kevin Bambrough interviewing inventor Dr. Chris Sorenson, and another of him interviewing CEO Kjirstin Breure. Both are about an hour long and easy to watch.

I wish I was more smart about chemistry, and I'd like some chemists here to check out the Sorenson one. I've asked chemist friends of mine to watch, but I realize that they may or may not.

It was impossible for me to watch those and not buy more. Not saying it's right though!!

I made some profit around $2.30ish but it's a shame what happened. Seemed like a great idea.
