The CEO is hott

Because it seems like the science is legit and it’s mostly off the radar. Plus I only put in $1k so if it goes to $0 it’s not a back breaker. But if it’s successful and they hit the NASDAQ there’s remarkable upside.
Pure speculation though.

Looks like a good entry point to me - about $.90

Hydrograph. A Thousand Dollar Stock?
Both of these men have interviewed the CEO, and Kevin is the guy who bought 18 million shares.

Never mind, this is Graphene and not Hydrogen.

I literally am in clean hydrogen plant developer in this exact sector, building a $1.5 billion Clean Hydrogen plant in LA or WV right now. I am a developer on the finance side, but know the engineering bc I'm a degreed engineer too. I will do research on what they are doing. I am very familiar with what technology works in green hydrogen. What is too expensive (electrolyzers). What Tech has an absurd capex per metric ton of Hydrogen produced per day (MTPD H2). I try to convince purchasers of clean Hydrogen to buy our product, and know exactly what they are willing to pay for Green Hydrogen verse Grey Hydrogen (CO2 emitting). I will see if they have any details on their offtake contracts, if they have any, if they have any under LOI right now. Usually refineries which use Hydrogen for the cracking process will pay up to $1.05 per kg of grey hydrogen. They might budge up to $1.30 per kg for green hydrogen. I know what investment firms, private equity firms' appetite is for investment in this space. I just created a full 3 statement financial model for a clean hydrogen plant last week, so can tell you how much I believe what they're listing as capex/opex/revenue per kg H2 is.
I am very familiar with the Inflation Reduction Act 45V Hydrogen production tax credit, and what qualifies to receive the $3.00/kg H2, $1.00/kg H2, $0.60/kg H2. I will see what their emissions are to see what tax credit they will get as it is huge. If their emissions are under 0.4 MT of CO2 per MT of H2 (Hydrogen), they will qualify for the $3.00 per kg H2 which is huge. It is a big drop off next tier up when you hit 0.4-1.0 MT of CO2 per MT of H2 because you only get $1.00 per kg H2.
Remember, the 45V Hydrogen Production Tax Credit requires 5% of construction capex to be paid and started by Jan 1, 2028. You need to hit FID by EOY 2027, or your project will NOT receive the 45V tax credit, and extremely likely cancel. Many investors are hesitant to get into this space. I have been on many calls with private equity firms that say "We want to be green", but when they get into the finer details and how expensive everything is, they don't actually want to be green.
I will read up on this and report back based on my multi-year experience in clean hydrogen plant developer in asset management, some engineering experience.
I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on their manufacturing of graphene. Your expertise is welcome here.

I added a little more if you want to read. I look forward to reading up on this.

So you're saying I'm about to make a lot of money? Then buy back in when it goes down? Hells yes!

I’m not even smart enough to understand your post but based on the YouTube link above the process ignites acetylene to produce hydrogen, heat and the graphene. The hydrogen is a by product that may be marketable.
How would the hydrogen market and cost of hydrogen you describe impact this base process? Is acetylene bought/ sold the same way?
Or am I totally wrong on the process?

that was an interesting observation, and I see the commonalities. I did extremely well in SLI sold about 10. I've actually re-entered around two recently.
But one of the key lessons from that investment where you had the hype, the process and everything in place - except key deadlines and milestones would be missed. Lanxess was silent and not interested and they had the most to gain.
that will be a reasonable lens to look at this one. If the commercial contracts do not come by the end of this year for small and next year for big then that would tell us a lot. I think it's even important for confidence that the acetylene deal close in the next month or two given that's the timeline the CEO set.

I was relistening to the interview between Kevin and Kjirstin today, and noticed that she mentioned Houston, and I'm almost sure she was discussing the acetylene part. Made me wonder did she mis-speak or is the plant going to be in Houston vs Austin? I was mowing so maybe I misheard.
Like you, I'd like to see some milestones and deadlines actually hit.

Kevin said $1,000 per share is a LAY UP!!
Posted on 8/7/25 at 7:45 pm to bayoubengals88
Obviously we know that’s bullshite. It’ll split several times to keep it around 100.

Regarding SLI?
What’s the capex comparison?
