**As of February 24, 2026:** - **P-24-0086** and **P-24-0087**: Completed / Resolved (TSCA Section 5(e) Consent Order issued) The EPA issued a TSCA Section 5(e) Order under these Premanufacture Notices (PMNs) for HydroGraph Clean Power Inc.'s graphene materials (turbostratic graphene, 3-9 layers for P-24-0086; ~32 layers for P-24-0087). This authorizes manufacture, processing, distribution, use, and disposal in the US subject to specified conditions. The cases are no longer listed as active in the Risk Management stage on the EPA's All Active New Chemical Cases page (last updated February 3, 2026, with no further active listing for these PMNs). This marks progression from Risk Management to regulatory clearance for commercial activities.

So the non-movement at the open confirms all the big money knows what’s gonna happen ahead of time

I hope some of you make millions off this!

We've increased more than a dollar in less than a week, so I do think a lot of this was baked in already. Hopefully we hit $4 today though.

I'm ready for a DoD contract announcement today.

I doubled my share count in the last couple of days. So here's hoping this becomes what I think it can

Slow reaction. Anybody buying more shares for this?
What next? I would think HGRAF let's this percolate for a week or two before making any announcements - accepting the terms, official new HQ opening, NASDAQ status, build out on production facilities, and new contracts.
There are a lot of arrows in their quiver to drive this stock price up. The nice thing is that thwy control the timeline on most of these items, unlike the EPA approval.

I mean, the announcement just came out less than an hour ago. We have almost 500k volume in 10 minutes.

Given the talk about this going to $5, this seems to be slowly ramping up. I was wondering if anyone was buying extra shares right now, while the price is sub $4 in anticipation of it going up more?
I asked the question recently if the recent runup would blunt the effect of the EPA announcement, as people would assume that it was already baked into the price.
My hope is that institutional buyers start diving in, once they see the new HQ and production facility. They tend to shy away from speculative stocks until they see concrete evidence that the company is real. You know, fiduciary responsibility, and all. I think for most of them, a big contract will be the real starting line.
ETA: Welp, we just cruised past the $4 price point. Here's to hopefully never seeing that again...

I bought 1k more shares right at the bell. I'll continue adding a few shares a week as I've been doing, but this will likely be my last significant purchase for a while.

I doubled my position at the bell. I'll probably do the same as you and just add weekly moving forward and hope one day this thing can hit $100 a share a ways down the road.

quote:Yes, I think this could be the next big thing. Particularly with EPA approval, the risk that this stock could be totally worthless (a risk we all took on) is significantly mitigated, so hopefully the big players jump in soon.
My hope is that institutional buyers start diving in

Someone kick me for selling 700 of my shares at 2.75 earlier this week in hopes of DCA down.
Luckily, I still have 3k shares.
