Binding offtake agreement is the biggest thing here. A graphene purchaser would probably only buy from this company if HGRAF beat their current purchase price, or offered a higher purity, but still with a lower price/pure kg of graphene compared to the current seller to them. One of the 2. There'd be no reason to switch to a pre-revenue startup, HGRAF, to just switch for the same price or purity that they're currently buying at.
I just don’t understand why you feel the need to demonstrate your expertise. It’s not progressing the conversation at all.
I’d love to have a legit bear in this discussion. One who actually knows the company and the sector. It’s clear that you don’t have that knowledge.
If you care to learn, you should probably start with Hydrograph’s relationship with the Graphene Engineering Innovation Center (GEIC). It will clear up your aforementioned misconceptions.

This isn't Hydrogen. Graphene? I have absolutely 0 clue there.
I told you last night, after you had taken six paragraphs to explain your qualifications, that I looked forward to hearing your opinion on their manufacturing process of GRAPHENE.
And you were still so wrapped up in yourself, that you didn't even catch the most important word in the whole company.
And we're all skeptical of CEO's, men or women. She's certainly not the stereotype, and every one of us noticed that too. Big deal. We've all been screwed over by smart sounding men.
How about we send you a private message when they secure some contracts after stealing them from all those other graphene companies after she cons them too?
You've done yourself no favors here. Whether HGRAF is successful or not, she has proven herself leaps and bounds more savvy than you. Head on back to the Rant big guy.

Speaking of interviews, I noticed while Kevin was interviewing Sorenson, Kevin threw out the idea of himself joining the Board. What's yalls opinions on that?

similar to what Bayou sent. It would be great to get their opinions on the stock because that's important to understand and get a fresh perspective. This was not that.
In terms of KB being on the board, my God reaction is actually I would prefer not as that role may actually hamstring him from some of the stuff he's doing because of fiduciary responsibilities and he would have access to insider information that would limit his ability to make the claims he does publicly - I think it would actually inhibit him. But that's just a first blushed thought

It’s hard to tell if he’s a legitimate BOD candidate with experience and legit resources he can bring to bear or a hopium pumper. After his video it seems he goes off on a lot of tangents and at this stage I would prefer a focus on nailing several agreements with a high probability of success and move to marketing the hydrogen and generating electricity from the heat when you have a steady flow of income from sales.

I had the same thoughts as you on KB joining the board. He seems to be nice highly visible cheerleader. But I did like him pointing out to Kjirstin the idea of adding in no buyout clauses in their non-disclosures with big companies. Seems like that would've already be thought out.
The more my tiny brain absorbs, the more that I believe the biggest concern is a large powerful entity (or person) sees the behemoth that this can become and buys the whole damn thing. At least if what she is saying is true, and KB's analysis of the possibilities are remotely accurate.
Side note: Kjirstin and Kevin have the same initials making it useless to use them

I am actually laughed at his posting so if you think I’m upset over MB post I not sure what to tell you
That said your right and that this is a penny stock in 1000 different things might lead to its demise
But I’ll be a monkey‘s uncle if the three things I listed above which he spelled out in his posts cause it to fail

Well, it took the expertise of a degreed engineer that works all day in world of hydrogen and clean fuels to get us here.

Did anyone have any problem buying any stock under $1.01 at Fidelity?
I signed a waiver to be able to purchase Pennie’s under $3.00 and so I thought I would not have a problem. But under one dollar is still prohibited.
This is keeping me from buying NNOMF too.

Did you approve the account to use? I had to do that too.

I did. Signed the same waiver. Said I had to do a limit order. Tried to set it at 0.93cents (when is was under 0.93) and it didn't execute when it opened the next day over that amount.

After reading a few paragraphs of Sauson’s comments I am sitting here thinking, “why is he talking about “hydrogen” production when their objective is to make graphene. Later on I think he realizes that they are not in the hydrogen business. I do know a little about the applications of graphene and why it could be an amazing company if proven out in low cost production, quality and scalability.
I wouldn’t get to hung up on his comments as he typed 10,000 words about the wrong project.

For Fidelity, make sure your account is approved for Penny trading and you have to do a limit buy and no fractions. Have to enter the actual share amount

I appreciate your words. And I'm not hung up on his words. I guess I just needed to vent. I have a friend or two that love to hear themselves talk, and will interrupt someone to just to prove that they weren't listening in the first place. So fuching annoying.
I don't like being mean or hurting someone's feelings, but occasionally when a stranger can get you to evaluate your own weaknesses, it can have great value. He can take it or leave.
I'm going to scroll back and see more of your thoughts on this play, and hope you'll share more with us.
