She is very impressive and I believe had a lot of specific information that doesn’t sound like this is a scam. Will they get it off the ground is the question to me. Not whether they are trying pull a scam.

Stock price is falling. I think it is falling because she's being intentionally vague about to many aspects that are critical to revenue streams. Location, customers, timeline of ramp ups, revenue streams, etc - she's not selling any of this.
