just got off the phone with the Hydrograph VP and they are talking about a deal to expand their headquarters in Austin.
Their building is at 2101 E St Elmo Rd, Austin, TX 78744.
It was formerly MedtoMarket. Google maps med to market has a bunch of pics of the interior.

They discussed that.
My nephew told him that I got him to invest in HGRAF and that we discuss it now and again. The VP thought that was awesome and enjoyed hearing the story.
If everything goes according to plan, they will need more space after Q1 of 2026...

Hindsight 20/20 but I really should have saw this coming and sold 1/4 of my shares at EOD yesterday. No real news regarding production advancement and overall market conditions. We knew this was going to plummet today.

Expand the chart more than a day. Up 11% last 5 days and 52% on the month as of this post.
Not saying there have not been big swings up and down, but that's what you get with speculative plays. Plenty of red days to come, with some being larger than what we may want, but it will be the same for green days. Stomach the swings or get out when you have your next opportunity.

could be worse, we could be in big on SLI today...
As has been stated, this is to be expected, may actually be healthy in the long term.
I do have a question about the proposed Austin Office. I've done some DD on it yesterday and this morning. Med to Market seems to still be active in the building and I stress seem... their CEO was wrapped up in a scandal in April of this year, so did they vacate due to that scandal or are they actually still active?
Austin officials seemed to have been really excited about them opening this medical training facility, yet I don't see much about them since April 2025 after the scandal broke.
You still appear to be able to book this training facility online at the address a few posts above.
Others have some insight?

I don't think they're moving into the same space as Med2Market. I think they'll be on the other side of the same building that Med2Market is in. The LinkedIn announcement showed this photo (on the right side of the building).
Med2Market is on the left half of the same building:

Our return back to 2.20 is really captivating.

Crazy how Hgraf is the only “it” stock in my portfolio that is green today. Nbis, apld, plpc, sli, uuuu, rklb, ens and a few others all red.

Good find. Thank you!
Edit - Looks like a solar company (Yotta Energy) moved out of that area

Many billions… I actually think as soon as the next 4 catalysts are complete it will achieve a $10b usd market cap.
Those catalysts are in no certain order:
1. - EPA approval and Texas Gas plant LOI
2. Material Contracts (likely a couple smaller ones first and then a major 1000 tonnes plus)
3. US Gov support DoD/DoW (and likely DoE as well)
4. Nasdaq listing currently said to be targeted Q1
What will really set the stock on fire is when they begin announcing that the pipeline of companies working with them is growing rapidly which I believe it must be. I have personally introduced a few to the graphene story. This week I was in Florida and talking with a boat manufacturer about working with them on gel coats and superior carbon fiber. Etc. the Gel coat potential along with built in UV and anti fouling protection is of particular interest. Anyhow, given Kjirstin has said they have 6-7 companies they are working with that could be 1000 plus tonnes. And then there DoD, DoE on top. Well. If they build a contract book north of 5000 tonnes it will be an absolutely incredible success as a company and as an equity.
Achieving these opportunities in front of them can give this a market cap next year in the $50-60bln range because of the further great potential the company has. Especially as they keep dropping patent news.
Remember only they are seriously working on testing the potential of FGA-1 and RGA (fractal and reactive shell graphene variants) plus they have an even higher end variant that they’ve eluded to but not released info as of yet. This is the $1mln plus a tonne or $1000 per Kg variant which will prove to be the holy grail of graphenes.
As they keep adding downstream patents like the actuators it will unlock a massive exciting competitive advantage.
So many major companies will stand up and take note soon. EV companies, robots, military defence contractors, spacecraft, satellite builders, electronic device manufacturers, wearables, battery companies. Etc.
Theirs still so much scepticism and as Jim Rogers says. Sceptics are good. It means barely anyone has bought in and most are rejecting the premise that this company can produce at scale.
The narrative has now shifted though. There’s a growing acceptance that there graphene is the best and very special. But I hear people who are completely uniformed, who’ve never bothered to go to manhattan Kansas, see the Hyperion and speak with chief engineer Steve Corkill, make skeptical remarks.
I just keep saying. Get your arse on a plane, or drive there like I did. Sign an NDA and see for yourself. Meet the team. 10x layup still. 100x potential.
At the time of my visit, I was shocked to learn how few people, investors, analysts, potential customers or even the current directors of the company, have bothered to do a site visit. Virtually none.
Me, I got a lot of skin in the game and my reputation on the line. So I went to meet Dr. Sorensen, Steve Corkill and see / hear the Hyperion operate. In these two people, I have great unwavering faith.
But if the patents and orders pile up like Kjirstin believes they will… well then it’s hard to say where even the earliest investors should consider taking profits. LINK

My plan remains the same. See these catalysts through because I feel like they are a given.

Yeah, I’ve got a little less than 3k shares.
Definitely tempting if this thing works out as it could be a 20x easy.
