So lets review.
No purchase agreement of product this year as suggested.
No Nasdaq listing in Feb as suggested and put off indefinitely.
A dilution of shares after saying how they did not need cash.
And it sounds like large volume customers are not in the near term future.
BUT.. The price has fully recovered in one day after the crush of bad news.

Sounds like you’d be better off selling or shorting the stock.

I keep asking myself why they would delay announcing a production facility, if this is a "race" as KB keeps saying. The reasons:
1.). It's a pump and dump or acquisition play and they don't intend to manufacture anything.
2.) Regulatory delays.
3.). They are aware that they will be receiving government grants or investments and are waiting on that to be official because it could change the scope and timeline of their build outs. That could explain the ambiguity of their push for a NASDAQ listing. A big influx of cash could make the listing a formality at a time of their choosing.
Any other reasons?

The answer is #2
Pumping acetylene into a building to purposely explode/detonate it ….is going to come with some initial pushback
That said it will be approved at some in the coming months and were off the races.

But don’t they have the Hyperion devices in the building?

They do and they’ve given product to 60ish companies for testing. The biggest risk here is that it doesn’t work as advertised - not that it’s all bullshite and a pump and dump scheme.
Also as was noted, getting permitted for a novel process involving explosive gases has to be a bear. The delays don’t bother me.

They do have the experimental version. I don't know that they have a production sized version that can produce the amounts that they need to support the clients who need thousands of tons.
Their CEO has said they have one ton of graphene on hand. Sounds like they are producing it one cup at a time.
I'm just saying that it might be possible they can't scale up, or the cost of scaling up may be too much for the current company to handle, unless they sell out or get some outside investment.
I don't know anything, but just trying to figure out whether this is a bad, good, or great investment. So far, I'm betting on potential - good to great.

Oh. Dang.

They just build more of the Hyperion chambers to do the work. It’s a process that is easily scalable.
