Up 10% today. Good run. It'll push 10.

Why not own cheniere over venture?
Because I see on a daily basis what’s going on in Cameron

If this thing pushes 10, we’re dumping, right?

12. Unless all the arbitration comes up favorable before it hits 12.

Can you elaborate?
Is venture a better investment than Cheniere?

Depends what you are looking for. Cheniere was first to market and exploded. I hope something similar happens with VG. I don’t think VG will hit $200/share anytime in the near future but I’ll be pretty happy if it just hits $30.
It’s a gamble with VG, more stability with cheniere, but I see what they are building and if that investment pays off, should be a good play

I bought Venture after what I saw what they built down river in plaquemine. It’s astounding. Huge doesnt describe it.
I figured they wouldn’t be building something like that if the future wasn’t bright for them. I was wrong and lost money on it.
I think once the lawsuits clear out, it’ll be a better investment but for now, I’m sticking with cheniere as my nat gas play

Plaquemines has barely started delivering product.
Only concern I have is saturation. The lawsuits I'm not too terribly worried about. What they made on spot more than doubled what they will pay on potential fines.

I got in before the close because I thought the pullback was over. Got lucky on this one.
VG will probably rise to 12 after the gap up at the open.
Based on what nat gas is doing this week, I think 2026 is going to be a crazy year for the energy sector. Might see more institutional buying across all players.

I'm just happy to be flat/green.

Unfortunately this little nat gas run will end as winter begins. Oil companies are all cutting back drilling and capex spending. I wouldn’t expect a big year from producers.

quote:But if oil drillers cut back, won’t that have a knock-on effect on NG since gas is a co-product coming out of the wellhead with the oil? So less supply results in higher NG prices?

The Marcellus and Haynesville have been busy in the workover world.

Still hanging out 2 weeks now near 10.
I'm still $2.50 off from break even.

I wish I jumped into a more stable MB pick like SLI.
In 10 months I’ve gone from being down 40% to up 90% then back down 30%. Now I’m praying it gains $.40 to make me whole.

Anyone see cheniere earnings?
Net income increased approximately $1.3 billion and $2.1 billion for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025, respectively, as compared to the corresponding 2024 periods.
Stocks getting a nice run.
I would expect this to carry over to Venture
