Bought 1500 shares at 7.58 on Tuesday right before close and sold it on Wednesday morning at 8.10 like a dumbass because the market was acting so wonky at open on Wednesday...Had I not sold, I would actually be positive for the year at this point.

well i bought some a long time ago, and tripled my position over the last few weeks. Just looked and I'm up 17%. So i got that going for me. Hope it gets close to 20 again.

Started buying in at $12 on the way down and averaged my position down to just under $10 towards the bottom. Looks good at the moment, but still think this is going to recess one more time. Think I'm done buying here, though. Like others, more long term.

Might sell my Lyft, though. Sitting at an $18 position there, hard not to realize the 60%+ 1 week gain and shift to another play.

I wanted to buy more when it was hovering around 7-8 but I got greedy with an aggressive limit order that never hit

I was going to ride it for a while... RCL was holding steady at around 120 before all this. Didn't expect to actually get there again anytime soon but was looking for it to double or so relatively quickly. However---all that was when I assumed cruise lines would get a bite of the stimulus package.

May change my thinking now. I have NCL in addition to RCL and they both took a little plunge this afternoon on that news.

Wow, PENN went down some, glad I sold yesterday. May buy back in tomorrow or Monday if it stays low.

I have owned CIM for years now. BUT, I did buy last week $5,000 worth and sold this morning for a profit of $2,000! Was thinking of holding them for the dividend but was scared they may scrap it.

Bought on the way down at $9.50, going to have to average down again if it keeps falling. rIRA purchases so I'd imagine that it will be back up sometime in the next 30 years.

eta: another buy at $7.50.

It’s a Real Estate Investment Trust.
Lots of exposure to Residential mortgages.

I figured any REIT that was founded in 2007 knows how to weather a storm.

This initially tricked me into buying in. It's not like other REIT's. It's mostly a mortgage investment firm. When there's no meat on the bones of mortgages with low interest, and you can't foreclose people who don't pay, and many other more complicated scenarios, I'm not interested in this one any more. I didn't do my homework initially. I thought it was a traditional REIT that owned properties and collected rents and sold RE equities and made commissions and whatnot.

Thanks, you are a quality poster but I'm taking a break from Money Talk stock picks for a while and going back to my previous method.

O?

Sounds like one everybody laughs at but it turns out to be a winner.
