So what about the pics?
Are they saying he goes the route of "if you screw up, then you have to look at my D pic"?

yeah, when you put something out there like that, it's assumed to be a dick pic.
if he sent a strongly worded text to an employee, then that's fricking lame.

Yup and its not like its corporate america. Its a sport, personalities rule.
How many coaches have been absolute dicks to be around, but gotten the results?
Hell, even in the corporate world. Steve Jobs was an a-hole, but he made Apple what it is today by his tactics.

If it’s only about a strongly worded text thats lame! He is best in the business.

One side note. If an employee is pissed about strong words then the team needs to worry about said employee leaking out team secrets to get their revenge

Meh, Albon was already there... Yes, more experience now, but this seems like a mediocre move with Alonso, Sainz, Gasley and the likes on the market.

Hey man, it clearly gets results
If that's the case, Checo could probably sketch it from memory

That's pretty weak if this is what the story is. Dick pics, eh, yeah, you shouldn't do that if it's not consensual, but unwanted dick pics are way different than a manager giving people an arse-chewing from time to time.

If Horner ends up on the market ol' Gene is going to swoop in.

Contracts are made to be broken.
I doubt Williams is paying him enough to hold off RB/Merc if one of them want Albon bad.

What You could easily argue that outside of Max, Albon was the most impressive driver all of last year. He did more with less than anybody out there.
Just think if Hamilton wouldn't have wrecked him multiple times?
