He's a little odd, but part of that is he's a perfectionist and things in Cincinnati are far from perfect.

yes it does. You just love playing the heel

How some LSU fans handle burrow is weird, in the same exact cloth as how some Auburn fans handled Cam.

Neither are weird. Both were generational players at their schools, won Heismans, and carried their teams to national titles. Then, they became elite NFL players. Tennessee fans were just like this with Peyton. It’s more normal than weird. You just happen to root for a different NFL team and feel the need to stan for Josh Allen and, for whatever reason, think shitting on Burrow is a requirement to defend Allen’s honor. Now that is actually weird for you to do as an “LSU fan”

And you are in such an echo chamber here you don’t realize you are the “contrarian” here

ok pride. Try gaslighting your wife next time

Brother even on an LSU board, even on a board that hates me because I tell them unfortunate truths , this gets understood as a fact

You post the dumbest shite on this site. The average IQ of posters here is dragged down by you. Congrats.

What a fricking crying arse little moody bitch. This guy is becoming so unlikable.

Pretty sure we never saw Marino, Elway or Aikman cry like this.

Right there with you. He’s extremely unlikable to me. 2019 was very mutually beneficial though.

You can continue to lie to yourself if you want. You can continue to also think burrow is likable. But I just don’t get it

He went to lsu and it was awesome. But why continue to follow him and put up with his ridiculous nature when he doesn’t even love lsu?

If you are a bengal fan before I get it but otherwise it makes no sense

I don't think players nor coaches really care where they play or coach.

All the schools are the same to them. They only care about paychecks and resources available. All the school spirit stuff is just playing the part.

I’ve never seen a program claim hired mercenaries as their own so desperately even after they’ve left like LSU fans do. It really drives home how terrible daily life is in that state for them to behave in such a lowly manner on a daily basis.

I guess that’s what happens when your flagship university has the entry standards on par with most states’ community colleges.

You must be young. Aikman got hurt in the 91 season, and Steve Beurlein took over. Beurlein didn't lose, so even when Aikman got healthy enough to play, Beurlein continued to start. Here are the comments he made when Johnson decided to start Beurlein in the playoffs

quote:

'If I'm not going to play until I'm 100 percent, why do I even suit up,' Aikman said. 'I'm not going to be 100 percent the rest of the year. But I am mobile and I don't think anybody in the stands could tell any difference if I went in there. I just don't think my knee is a factor.

'I do feel like this is my football team. It's disappointing not to be able to play. And it is doubly frustrating to have been a part of the team when it was 1-15 and not be able to be in there when we are having success.

'I've never been a backup before, at least not since I was a freshman in college. It is difficult to prepare. It is difficult to keep my mind on things.'

What a weird "commentary". The "hired mercenary" participated for 2 full years...prior to NIL. So not sure what you even mean.

AFAIK, he wears LSU bracelets/pads all the time when he plays and has since day 1.

He personally knighted and politicked to get Ja'Maar to Cincy.

I seem to remember him attending the CWS in 2023. Now why would this LSU-indifferent mercenary have gone to Omaha in the summer heat? Just to hang out with randos?

The fact is, his head coach and most/all of the assistants he was with are gone. He has a full career. Sorry he doesn't live up to your standard of spending all his free time tracking LSU sports. Probably too busy making the Super Bowl and digging out from under Grade A Pussy Mountain avalanche.

A QB asking to get a teammate from his college offense to play with him, that’s definitely never happened before.

That quote is taken out of context. He’s describing what his mindset is to finish out a lost season. It’s basically, put on a show.

These two could not be more different. Bitch Burrow is pouting and saying he is not having fun and may quit. Aikman wanted his fricking job back and could not wait to get on the field even though he was getting his arse kicked behind a sub-par OL.

Voluntarily re-signing a contract with the organization that is supposedly mistreating you is "a bad draw"?
