Delly is dirty. Took one guy out in last year's playoffs and could've taken out one or two more.

Why do you hate scrappy students of the game that bring their lunch pails to work and have motors that never stop?

I doubt that's how most people describe Beverly.

saga. The first time he hurt Westbrook's knee I thought it was a dirty play but ill let that slide. The next year when he did it again you cannot deny that was some dirty shite.
That wasn't even dirty and Westbrook does the same play all of the time.

Dellavedova is not dirty. He just hustles and when you do that other players get mad cause they are spoiled millionaires who don't think they have to play that hard. I have no problem with Beverly . He tries to get into your head like laimbeer or Roman.

So was Laimbeer dirty or did he "just play hard"?
Posted on 4/17/16 at 11:03 am to Smoke7024
Yes he was dirty when he had to be. But he did more damage by getting under your skin. Plus he played very hard. I would love to see what he would do to lebron on a drive to the basket. The game has changed so much the last 25 years.

What did Beverly do that was dirty?
He played Steph how you need to play him. If Steph has any weakness it's his physical stature. People treat that guy like fine china. You have to chip at Steph every chance you get, and just hope that the punishment accumulates over time. You leave him alone you're definitely going to lose. Rough him up a little (within the legal context of the game) and you may have a shot in hell.
This is one dude that you cannot just say "let him get his" because he will and you will lose.

I agree. When someone gets out hustled on basketball they complain because they don't want to match their opponents hustle and chances of injury dramatically increase because of it.

Plus the Warriors have Bogut and Draymond Green. They play very physical and attempt to wear players down too.

Yea when I think "dirty" I think of intentionally attempting to get away with cheating (i.e. Illegal screens and fouls). Delly will more times than not isn't intentionally trying to hurt someone or cheat and when he fouls he usually gets called for it.

Lebron outweighs Laimbeer so probably not too much.

not.
hard nosed hustle.
nothing weird. I saw a game when he was in college, on TV.
It was between two very good teams. His team lost. He was slightly injured coming in. He didn't do anything weird. the other team was very good.
he played well.
Nice assessment, Tonto.

It's funny how everyone brings up the Beverly/Westbrook knee incident.
Westbrook pulls that same shite when an opposing player is calling a timeout. Beverly just took a page out of his book.
